Dear Sir / Ma’am,

Its to bring into your notice that myself is Shobh Nath Verma, and I purchased a new commercial vehicle DL-1ZB-0895 on date 06th March 2017 and vehicle details are below:

Purchase Date – 06th March 2017
Issue Description –

Since purchasing of date, we are using this vehicle and found that since 13th March 2017, there started a loud sound from Vehicle’s Engine. After this, we visited to your respective Showroom’s person on date 15th March 2017 and your respective Engineers checked and till time, they are not able to rectify and solved this issue.
Now my vehicle is submitted to your respective agency since that day and I am loosing cost day by day as already I explained that this is commercial vehicle. So, for this, only your team is responsible. Agency details are below explained:
Sunrise Hyundai, Patparganj Industrial Area, New Delhi 110092.

Now I am so dissatisfied with your current performance of your team. I would like to know also some points that
why should I bear loosing cost day by day? Why your team is not capable to resolve this? If they are unable to resolve this issue, then why are they not replacing this vehicle with an other vehicle?
Why should I wait more here?
Who will be pay my losses amount?

This is unacceptable at all.
I hope, my every words are very cleared, so loud and able to justify that what I am facing here.

Hence, I am requesting by heart to you, please take an action on highly immediate effect and resolve this on override zero.

Scam or fraud: Apollo Hospital, Greams Road Chennai — Irresponsible behavior by the Front office & Billing department

Im DSK reddy fromHyderabad, I had gone through some tests at Apollo hospitals, Greams rd, Chennai on 2nd Feb-17, for which i was given a duplicate & manual bills at the time of tests. After my test i have got test reports online but i haven’t received any original bill for that till now. When i tried to reach the hospital on landline, they never give proper answer . Even some how i reached billing department, but the person named Mr. Vignesh(billing department) has non minimum common sense/telephone ethics of speaking on phone. He was irresponsible while talking on phone. I said i will have to escalate this issue to higher authorities then he replied me harshly saying to escalte to MD also.

I never expected such irresponsible behavior from such reputed hospital. One of the pathetic experience.

And i have paid the money on Thursday march-16-2017, and they told that, they will deliver the bike on today ie;20.03.17, but now they are telling that, it is not in a stock you need to wait for one more week or more.This is not a fair responding from that dealers, and the salesman behavior also not good.and manager response also very bad.

Dear Sir,

My father was invested in your Company (PACL) and availed 2 insurance policy and one was expired sometime year ago and another one is yet to be expire this year 20017. However, when we went your branch office (Ramanatharpuram), they said we will sent you the letter for the amount settlement but we haven;t receive any of the letter so far. So, again we went to office, seems like your office was closed. So, we couldn;t able to recover my father money.

Could you please let us know the procedure to claim the amount which we have invested.

I have a current account with HDFC bank. My account no is 50200007424484(neelam food products). we have to regularly deposit cash in the account. Every time i have to deal with the cashiers. they doesnt cooperate. they dont have good behaviour. Today i had to deposit Some cash in my account. When i was depositing cash in the account. they said we dont accept Rs 10 Note. Is Rs 10 note a valid Currency?. What i got from my customer, I will deposit that money. We dont have currency printing or changing machine. The teller name are Mohit and Tarun. Looking for Favourable response ASAP.

I did a payment for tikona on 17-03-17 via tikona quick pay, which got failed, however my money deducted from my bank account and I didn’t get refund from tikona till now.

I called customer care support but didn’t get solution from them.

I am a HDFC credit card holder, The bank has auto debited Rs.1299 from my credit card number ending with XXXXXXXX6306 with out my authorization on date 10/03/17 and I dont want this membership so cancel the membership and refund the same;

Relation ship number for one assit is 1807659

I urge OneAssist to cancel this preposterous membership at once and debit the amount back into my credit card at the earliest as this was done WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION OR CONSENT! If not, I’d be forced to take up the issue to the consumer court as this is clearly…

Worst dirty product delivered by waste shopclues, I was ordered a wrist watch they delivered the product but it’s totally different what actually product is in shopclues supplies and what they show and what they delivered it’s totally different .after delivery of the product immediately i request to return the product but they didn’t respond till now this is the shopclues version about customers, If you are not returns my cash back I m going to report consumer court so respond to this message otherwise I should report to consumer court they will fine take care of your self..

I have applied for aiims mbbs application form 2017. My thumb impression was rejected as it was blurred. Due to unavoidable circumstances I was unable to check the notification regarding the time period of correction. I saw it on 15th March and tried to upload the new image but the server did not accepted it . Due to which I was unable to submit the correct photograph at the given deadline.
So, kindly guide me regarding the necessary steps to upload the image correctly again.

The exam is very important for me and I would be highly obliged if given a second chance.
