Dear Sir,

I am doing business with your bank for more than 5 year and during this past time, I didn’t have any complaint or problem with the services that you provide and how your employee provide them but I am very sorry to inform you that today I visited your bank for the Deposit my Cheque and your desk clerk was very rude to me. he said to me i will not verify your Cheque deposit slip if you want so please go another bank after this discussion i am going to bank manager room some is seating there. When ask him you are bank manager he was said to me i am not bank branch manger. I told him my all problem but he is angry with me he said to me ” Bank me verify nahi kate. tu ja to kare ussay karale esh bank me nahi karte tu kise or bank me karale jab mene bolo aap tamiz se bat kare to kha ki ye tamiz h. ab mera time mat kharb kar.” Bank ka Peon bhut batamiz h ye logo ko galiya deta h .his name is Sharma. When I feel that he is angry with something and not taking to me very well, I politely asked him if I have done something wrong and he again rudely treated me and not only that, but when I asked her to be polite, he intentionally kept me waiting besides the desk while meeting with other customers.

I honestly don’t know if I have somehow done something wrong or if he was having a bad day but this is not a way to treat clients and customers and I strongly protest it. I hope you will take notice of this misfortune and asked that guy what the original problem was and if I had offended him in some way or something else.

I hope you will take care of this matter and I won’t have to face the same problem again or I will consider my other options including leaving the bank and closing my accounts. Please resolve my problem and I am waiting to your positive reply. I hope you definitely punish these people. Regards,

Hi thia Ria Banerjee from kolkata . i have deposited rs 5000 through paytm to an account no 8788014784. but receiving the payment i couldnt contact this party. please help me to get his full details so that i can complaint for police GD, cyber crime . please note this manufacturer is from surat, didnt give any account details, only paytm no given. i have got this reference from facbook ” mumbai bazaar”.

 

Scam or fraud: Oneassist Consumer Solutions — Phone not returned even after 3 months

My cell phone was handed over to one assist agent on 7th december ‘2016 . Later your One assist executive called and informed, that I will be receiving our phone before 10th of January, 2017. Bu, t phone was not received .Later again when I called, I have been told that it will be delivered by 2 nd week of Feb . But still was not delivered by that date.Again when I called on 13th march, I have been given a Complaint/Docket no.1834563 promising that it will be resolved with in 48 hrs.but till date it is not been resolved When called today again, i was told some other furure date for resolution my issue . I just to want to ask you, Is this the way you deal with customers which is much contrary to what you say in advertisements.Sorry to say this, Being your customer, I am feeling ashamed to call you again and again and being told unsolved reasons so many times giving different dates . Hence, I request you to look into this immediately and settle the issue with in a week, so as to not to force us to pursue the case with the Consumer Forum.

Scam or fraud: Sv Home Appliances Service Centre — Refrigerator BPL Double door

Refer Compliant No 253600 dtd 07 Mar 2017, pertaining to my BPL Double Door Refrigerator, which was attended by AMS Air Cooling system & charged 4300/- Rs. The Serviceable refrigerator has been made faulty by the said agency team and they have visited twice and still the Refrigerator is faulty.

It is unfair to say that the AMS Air cooling system does not have skilled Technicians where in my Refrigerator has been made faulty.

My repeated complaints to Mr Abdul/Subhan is not yielding any seriousness with them.

I have sent a repeated correspondence on the said issue.

Please intervene and get my Refrigerator services, or else I left with no option than to lodge a Consumer compliant/Consumer court.

I lives in Ghaziabad, mere sath fraud hua hai. abhi maine personal loan apply kiya tha. Ek person tha jisse meri bat ho rahi thi pichle 3-4 days se. he assured me that wo mujhe loan pnb se karwa dega. uska mail id hai (uwais1987.pnbloan@gmail.com) contact number hai.9718770455, 9565297283.
Isne loan karane k liye mere se pahle 3000/- rupaye liye fir 20-03-2017 ko call aya ki apka loan sanction ho gaya hai. credit me apki file hai aur guranter chahiye, maine unhe guranter v diye. but usne kaha ki ye guranter hamare yaha nahi chalega, ap ek kam karo 3000/- rs. ke stamp paper pe aggrement kar do. usper v mai ready ho gaya. aur mai dubara 3000/- uske account me transfer kar diya. to usne bola aj 20/03/2017 ko eve.3-3:30 pm hamara executive jayega documents sign karane. magar koi call ya sms tak nahi aya. uske bad maine kal 5pm se aj 10 am tak 100 se v jayada call aur sms kar liya par wo call pick nahi kar raha hai na hi koi sms kar raha hai.
Sir mai bahut paresan hun aur mujhe paiso ki bahut jarurat hai isliye maine personal loan k liye aply kiya tha. usko dene k liye mere pass paise nahi the par maine apne sahkarmi se udhar mang kar use transfer kiya.
Uska bank account Indian Bank-6371234386, Name – Owies Unus, IFSC Code-IDIB000J033, Jasola New Delhi-110025. Maine pnb ka hi account no. manga to usne bola ki PNB me mera OD account hai isliye share nahi kar sakta.
ab ap hi batao mai kya karun. ab wo call pic nahi kar raha hai. mere pas paise nahi hai. isne mere sath fraud kiya hai.
Sriman, apse binamra nivedan ki please ek bar uske khilaf action lijiye aur usko saja dijiye taki future me wo kisi aur se aise fraud na kare.

I paid 1465 Rs through Paytm to Nine colours for a saree on line. For more than 20 days after the payment they did not even confirm thst they had received the payment n kept blaming Paytm for it. Finally when I provided them with the URL number given by Paytm, they agreed on receiving the payment and promised to deliver my product in next 8-10 days. Its been more than 40 days now but they have not dispatched the saree still. And do not even take calls or reply to mails. My money is stuck with them, they are neither delivering the product nor returning the money

Hi, my name is ankur and I purchased the same package from this fraud PHCI company and the executive name was Manish Rawat. He told me that I will get cashless treatments, even maternity expenses for my wife. When I received the package, it doesn’t have any cashless cards for treatments. Even for the shopping vouchers he told me that these shopping vouchers will be applicable on Patanjali stores, Big Bazaar and Reliance store as well. But all said no to these fraud vouchers.

Some key points to prove that they are fraud-
1/ They will not give you any points in written.
2/ The products on their site are not clickable, you can buy (I am not sure if you buy and you will get the product), only sending them the email that you want the product
3/ The customer care or the executive will never pick your phone after you make the payment
4/ They give you an email id for support that start like info@phci.org.in. When you email on it, it will always bounce back. This is not a valid email id
5/ When asked for written details, they say they will provide it on email.
6/ They say they will provide cards with embossed name of registered members, but this is not the case, you will only get ordinary cards, mentioning only the pathological test discounts, no cashless benefits etc.

Please help me to get my money back, they are just the fraud.

Hello there,

As i was ready to purchase 1 bhk in though i have paid the booking amount and even i have paid the registration fees (which was offered by your agent vishal) but as we have done all this we received a call from someone called raj and he said we have to pay 9 lacs on 5 th march and we were totally confused because vishal said that we have to pay only 1.5 lacs as a down payment but as i have cancelled the glat which was booked on my name A wing 401
But not registered yet. I know that booking amount of rs 45000 will not be refunded but as my registration is not done yet vishal refused to return my 27000 rs

Kindly take action
