I have registered for an online data entry job at itechfly company…when I have registered they sent me a confirmation mail and said to pay the amount and after the payment wait for 4 hours to receive your login details…but after the payment I haven’t received any confirmation mail regarding the payment and nor any data to enter. plz if possible help me to receive my money back.

I am sold Aquaguard Magna by a sales team after 8-10 months back but I am repeatedly facing problem since flow of water gets blocked. Every 10-15 days, had to lodge a compliant. Engineer comes and cleans it.

Today an engineer said the filter is broken and needs replacement. SInce it is consumable, it can not be replaced under warranty.

When I asked for the reason of breakage, he said if filter gets blocked, because of resulting pressure, it can break

It is clear that since product is not working well and water gets blocked repeatedly, filter broke. When I asked for replacement, I did not get satisfactory response from anyone

Your correnspondance take photograph but after one day a call me by garage your speed meter is also damaged so you call mester satish tivari and told him to take meter pic i call him but he are not reaching there
He call me you can take your scooter from there i will clear your clame but now he told that you will not claimed on your meter

Scam or fraud: Craftsvilla.com — Unable to deliver product and no refund also provided

I bought product from craftsvilla.com on 02-Mar-2017 vide transaction id:104166861.
After 10 days on 12-Mar-2017 I received email from craftvilla stating that product that I ordered is not in stock with them hence they are refunding the money in 03 days.

As on today 24-Mar-2017, still I have not received the refund back.

I think craftvilla company is a fraud company and cheating the customers. My questions are:

1) If you don’t have stock then why do you accept the order and payment ?
2) Why After 22 days still refund is not given back ?

It is just take the money from customer and enjoy the amount. A false & cheaters company. Pls don’t buy and waste your time on this company.

Mr. Naresh Kumar, incharge of post office branch, college road pathankot is refusing to accept Rs. 10 coins from customers. People are facing inconvenience. many elderly personswho have been turned out of post office have complained about it. Please let me know if there is any instructions from Postal department in this regard.If not please instruct him to accept Rs. 10 coins

Now it’s clear to me – craftsvilla is a fake company and they have blind and deaf people in their company i have provided you my bank passbook screenshot with bank details written in email many times to refund my amount but even after 1 month i am still getting email that your bank details does not match and we are not able to refund amount… are you guys can’t see screenshot or please tell me frankly if you are not interested to return my amount as i have purchased product on 23 february means 1 month before and returned the same product due to cheap quality but i am still struggling to get my money back… is this how you treat your customers and think they would ever love to purchase from you guys… it was a mistake to buy something from craftsvilla.com and i would never repeat this mistake ever kindly give me my money back… and please don’t just copy paste lines like we will get back to you because we don’t receive any reply from you on matter, take some actions… and please don’t have behave like robot who is just programmed to repeat same things again and again…

Scam or fraud: HDFC Life — HDFC life pro growth cancellation

Hi

On 14th Feb. 2017, I had visited to your HDFC life Mulund branch, Mumbai and there your HDFC staff Vaishali Jadhav who was present started explaining on HDFC pro growth. She explained the details and when I got the mail what she had stated and what we had got was there was lot of difference . I stay in Bangalore and we send an authority letter along with my Father in law to cancel the policy to the branch, staff misbehaved with my father in-law and started saying that it is only 1 lac what is it for you. She refused to cancel the policy when it is clearly mentioned that the policy can be cancelled with in 15 days .

We went to Bangalore M.G Road, Nagaraj who was attending us mentioned that Bank statement and application form for cancelling the policy is sufficient . We gave the details to them and acknowledgement was given for cancelling the same . After 1 week we get an email that we cannot cancel as Pan Card is missing . All these details and proofs was submitted at the time of opening the policy.

Still also we went to Bangalore Silk board branch and we gave the PAN card copy for cancelling the policy Application number ( 1341991125321) and she informed that it is completed .

After 1 week we get an email that your request has been processed . it is 24th March and still we have not get our funds back . It is more than 1 1/2 month and we have not got our funds back . I am preferred customer for HDFC bank and they deduct 115 Rupees per quarter from my saving account . Is this is the service they provide for their preferred customers. I am disappointed by the service provided and hence raising a complaint to get my money back .
