Scam or fraud: NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure — Non upgradation of PAN in TAN master

M/s.Silicon Citizen House Building Co operative Society Limited, No.22, Pete Beedi, Nelamangala, Bangalore rural District is assessed to under PAN: ABKFS7698R and TAN: BLRS41532B is assessed to tax before ITO, TDS ward 3(2), Bangalore. Demand raised u/s 201(1A) and 201(1) is reduced in an appeal and the demand collected by the AO during the course of passing the order has to be refunded by the Department, for which the Society has to apply in Form 26B of the Act. While up loading the form, the society is experiencing that PAN as per TAN master and Traces profile is not matching. It is therefore requested to update PAN of the deducter in TAN master to enable the assessee claim Rs.20, 39, 400/- at an early date.

My name is Parmjeet Singh Dhunna and my policy number is 401591474.I just wanted to transfer my policy to one of my cousins and I was about to transfer it but unfortunately, bank employees made me fool.They said to me that your policy has been cancelled so there is no need to transfer it.I have a recording of one of the employees who is admitting that I was misguided and given false information about cancelling my policy.I am totally mentally tortured.I want my money back. I do not want to continue it.

I had oput service contract last year but after that I shifted to another house due to renovation in my present banglow A4, Jaltarang Society, D’Cabin, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad and my coustomer ID is 101146309 and my mobile number is 8905562531

As renovation was going on I could not use muy free service now I have shifted to my jaltarang residence and have fitted aqu gard but very bad smell is coming from water so what ot do I have done service then also my problem is not solve yet

I clled your executive he told me to change all filter and opt service contract for 3 years for which he offerd me contract for rs 4500 aprroximately now I would to request you that last year my free service was not cosumed by me due to renovation so please give me some more discount in my 3 year service contract for which I will be thankfull to you

All my incoming and outgoing calls are blocked.and it’s asking password to disable the call barring feature. My number is 9652192449.send me password. I’m not getting any messages and I’m not allowed to send messages to others. It’s very annoying.. I just turned on flight mode & after 5 min I turned off it, from that moment I’m not getting any incoming and outgoing calls.

Hello Team,

We brought Japan 10 liter water heater on 13.08.2014 .
But on 22/12/2016 it’s stopped working . So we called service center and details is below .

But without any checking they asked for new heater changing and charged 1500 and 200 for servicing ..

The heater was 3 months warranty but before 3 months we called and they don’t take our docket and asking for more money .

Is this a way to handle your customer ?? Now I think I have to throghing the heater and buy a new one .

As i raised the claim regarding the above mentioned product earlier on ebay because the same was not functional when checked. Now ebay team asked me to directly contact seller as they provide ebay guarantee within 10 days after successful delivery. But unfortunately i raised the claim after 12 days, the reason was that i received the product in Bangalore and checked in Kashmir as it was required for my brother (Kashmir). That is why it takes so much of time.

Now i personally request you to please replace the product as it costs Rs 2500 that means a lot for customers like me. I hope you will replace the same. Please do the necessary action and please do inform me .

Scam or fraud: Sai Ram Yamaha Motors — Very poor service & communication

Dear Yamaha motors,
I have recently given my vehicle for servicing in Sai Ram motors, Padi, Chennai but the work they did was very bad. It was attended by service person Mr. Ajmal. He told that the vehicle would get ready in 3 days but it took 18 days to return without attending the problem completely. The communication was poor. Issue in my bike after servicing is listed below

* Friction Sound when brake is applied in low gear
* Electrical problem in bike
* Oil leakage

But the person who has done the servicing did very bad service. The brake shoe was changed to a new one but sound was coming continuously. After taking my bike to local mechanic shop, they found that a bolt was not tightened. After tightening, problem of sound was resolved.

The service person was unable to find the electrical problem in my bike. Instead he told that the battery was not good and told to replace it. Then I took it to local Electrical workshop and found that the Rectifier was not working. After replacing the rectifier, the problem was resolved.

After service, I found that the oil was leaking slowly.
I found the service person Mr. Ajmal as inexperienced.
