My Phone Samsung Model A-7 2016 under CIN ADN_C_180117_197854885 is repaired by your service centre on 25-01-2017 and i pay Rs-1500/-.But from 25-01-2017 to 28-03-2017(APPROXIMATELY-62 Days). According to your company commitment you assured me that you will send my phone back in 21 days but your all commitments goes in veins.Your employee(FAROOQ call me on 15-03-2017 at 1.52 P.M from 74000-99936.He assured that my phone got dispatched and i will receive it in a week (WITHOUT REPAIRING) but after 13 days i will not receive anything.So please inform me about my query as soon as possible.My humble request you kindly return my phone immediately,

If you don’t have money in your ATM why you should made so much Canara banks . I am living in BTM 1 stage in Bangalore but didn’t get money within a 3 km of radius. If you customer care are not respond well then why should you give us a free toll number to contact that basters. I really hate you way to responses . I am getting frustrated with your fellow . I don’t want this types of activity in my life by your side . So I am going to complaint against your customer care. They abuse me which is not good as I said.

It’s been more than a year, that I subscribed for Milk subscription through 24x7fresh.in, via order ID 100005582 in March, 2016 for Rs. 648.00. Earlier CC people were saying they will refund the amount, but till date nobody has initiated anything. After repeated mails and calls to customer care, i got no resolution. Now even the website is not working and CC No. 011-33609090 is also not working. Till date i haven’t received the refund or any item from them. Now i get to know that its a fraud company and they have shut down their business.
I want the refund of amount Rs 648.
Can you please help in getting refund for the amount paid.”

Complaint Details:
I am not a customer of Aircel, nor have I interacted with them earlier. I am registered with DND. In spite of all this, I am receiving lewd sms for prostitution in Bangalore (titled deep tissue massage ) from various mobile numbers of Aircel Chennai. Please find attached the screen shot of the same.
Complaints to both my service provider Vodafone as well as Aircel are ineffective. Kindly help.

The Service request number : SR464366651.

I have made two IMPS transaction each of 50k on 20 th march,
second transaction was made due to transaction timeout of the first,
even second transaction was also timeout in the portal .
Called customer care they have said, “transaction was unsuccessful and amount
1 lakhs (50 k twice)will be credited back to my account within 3 working day’s
and there is no chance amount will credited to beneficiary account”.
Since there is no updated I have called again on 27 th march,
each time they give different explanation.
They don’t have basic system knowledge, transaction can’t be partial,
it should be either successful or failure.
Timeout will be considered as failure case. Please educate them.

I deposited two applications for issuance of birth certificates of my children vide application nos. 7506666 and 7506669 dated 10.02.2017 in the name of RUNJHUN RATAWAL AND KABIR RATAWAL. But till date, the birth certificates have not been issued so far.

I wish to complain about my LYF WIND6LS5009 GOLD that I purchased on 14/05/2016 in Mall of Mysore
I am complaining because the reason I am dissatisfied).
Let me share the problem which I encountered
When I first learned of this problem, I contacted the JIO service center in Kalidasa road, VV Mohalla, Mysore for getting my LYF WIND6 LS5009 phone for service when I gave my phone which was very much in working condition, only issue which I had in the music application and what’s app was not opening. I gave the phone to my service center and the person in charge is Swamy = Jio Service center Kalidasa road, VV Mohalla, Mysore – Service technical who took the phone for fix the problem. he said will do the flash and it will be working fine after that he screwed up or spoilt the phone and started informing me that the phone is water logged and cannot be rectified. Now the phone is not working. I would like to give a written complain explaining the position. Kindly address the issue or escalate the matter and get it resolved.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within _1 day I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt. Sir,
I was purchased a ticket to travel from kochi to Dubai on 30/06/2017 booking date( 19/12/2016) for my daughter.due to some personnel reason she is not intent to travel at that date and the ticket is cancelled on 26/02/2017 .As per the normal procedure the refund should be reflect on my credit card with in 10 working days. But till now the amount is not refunded and based on the communication with Indigo office statement they already refunded. I reconfirmed with my bank today(27/03/2017)that the amount is credited my credit card.The following are the details and kindly do the needful to get back my money.
