Hello team,

Please help me to get my phone back from this fraudulent company. They have received my handset under insurance on 3rd February and claim for repair was fully accepted on 10 Feb.
Company told to wait 15 days and keep on saying wait for some days. They initially gave 10 Mar as due date which as per company rule They have to deliver within 48hours from due date. Company changed the due date to 18th then again to 28th March.

By talking to consumer executive I came to know the service center where my phone is given for repair. Anyhow talking with them I came to know that all spare parts are ready and phone is repaired in 2 working days after receiving the payment. Payment is not received for your phone yet.

Company is constantly telling me that due to non availability of spare part there is delay but actually is the non payment. Company contacts are hardly reachable and non trustworthy people after giving two times again they are telling me to wait. My handset is repaired by the service centre already just after completion of payment receipt they can deliver the handset to me. Oneassist are constantly saying they are following up but no final date confirmation given for my handset delivery.

on 11.03.2017 and on 14.03.2017 i am tried to book irctc train tickets using my indian overseas bank debit card (payment gateway: Axis Bank). on both instances amount of rs.320.00 & rs.495.00 respectively debited from my account.but both transaction failed and tickets not booked.
after a week irctc said that they have refunded both amounts. but till today(28.03.2017) amounts are not credited to my account.

My name is sikander beri from sikar. I brought a shoe from a retailer shoe shop name is classic fashion (ganpati plaza, 1 floor, piparli road 332001) on 04/12/2016 and after few day i got that my shoe is getting defective and i complain to the shopkeeper and he said give the shoe we will return the shoe to company and company will return you a new one. But after 1 and half month the shopkeeper said these shoe never get claim. So take it back we are not responsible for these shoes. So kindly requesting you please help me out of these situation. The dealer does not pick up calls and is not available at his showroom. My first service also is done but I can’t take my vehicle out as it does not have a valid registered number. Complaint Details:
There is an unauthorised construction at BQ 171(2nd floor) Shalimar Bagh, Delhi 110088. Ccnstruction at 2nd floor is dangerous for the bldg. as the foundation will not be able to bear the constructions since construction is very old at GF and !st floor. The bldg can collapse at any moment.

We have already made complaint to MCD and delhi police.

You are requested to pl, look into the complaint and take necessary steps for the life of the bldg. and people residing at GF & FF.

I have paid Rs. 104.00 wide Order # QR1490276636 dated 23rd March 2017 Time: 07:14 PM for the purchase of Milk Product. The amount deducted from my wallet account as per my passbook and SMS received from Paytm, but the Gopaljee Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. person declined for the receipt of the payment . I have shown him my Paytm message & passbook, but he did not accept it.

Please check as Rs. 104 had been deducted from my account but yet not paid to Gopaljee Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. as per his representative. the paid amount is also not credited back to my account also.

Please get this resolved immediately. I am enclosing my Paytm passbook & sms copy as a proof of payment as attached.

Complaint Details:
A girl riding her two wheeler in Dhanurwadi, coming fast in a NO-entry, made me fall down from the Vehicle.
There are two aspects :
1. she was speaking mobile through her handsfree
2. She refused to admit that it her mistake coming in a No-entry road. There is no sense of guilt.
Request the high command to warn such people, so that they dont repeat these acts causing inconvenience to others who strictly follow traffic rules
