Complaint Details:
I purchased a membership on 3/2/17 and paid a downpayment of 37, 820 rupees. I was given the assurance that I would get a full refund if I cancelled within 10 business days. I contacted the salesman on 3/9 (also via email) and alerted him that I wish to cancel. After several weeks of waiting for the cancellation, he contacted me yesterday and alerted me that he does not handle cancellation and there is no possibility of a refund.
I’m overseas in the US, so I’m having difficulty reaching anyone to get assistance whatsoever on the Customer Service line. I also haven’t received any email replies to my inquires. How can I get some help?
