I Mrs.Shila Vasantrao Raut invested in Maitri Suvarnsiddhi pvt ltd. Rs.5000/- Per year for 5 year and first instalment is deposited on 27.03.2014 and 2nd installment is deposited on 27.03.2015.later on come to learnt that police complaint is filed against Maitreya group. hence all offices are shut down. So you are requested to help me in getting my investment along with interest Back immediately.

I have given my mobile for repair, they kept it for 15 days and returned with the same issue. They said they cant repair it and they also damaged the phone. worst service provided. don’t give your phones to them because they wont repair it and moreover they will damage your phones and return back to pick up loaction. I have never seen such a worst service center in my life.

I brought a aquaguard ro+uv water purifier through eureka forbes before one year(With one year warranty), in that one year itself we faced lot of problem with that product like water taste reduced, machine not working, they told to add one more filter addition to the machine as they told the water has dust were the machine can’t handle the dust. And after one year the filter/product stop working(Surprisingly, exactly as said in the manually filter stopped working after one year) we replaced the filter for 3900 rs. . Their also we had a problem, one of the filter was not working, so the service man who came re-directed the water line without one filter line to work at that time and left as that.

The cost of the product is 17000 and filter is 3900(Every year 3900), the product is very bad and the service of the product is very bad were in a weeks time after the service the product again not working(Every time service cost is 250 rs).

Now the machine is automatically sent out water even when the machine is switched off and drinking water quality is very bad. Now we again started to buy can-water for drinking.

We trusted a product and brought for high cost since its a necessary need for day to day life. But its not at all working to our lower exception also.Every time we ask for service its damaging our purse and its like when ever we drink its like we wasted our money. The worst part was their is no customer review call on the products quality and service at-least to improve their product quality in future.

How possible we will again buy product from you company or refer the product to other.

It could be great at-least if your company replace the product or get back the product.

I thought carrying a prepaid Uniconnect international sim card would be a good idea but it turned out to be the most stupidest decision. Whats the point of carrying a sim card that doesn’t work. You do whatever, call their customer care or email them at regular intervals, it doesn’t work. I landed up spending twice to get a local sim card for Malaysia and finally used the one that I bought locally from there. Uniconnect was such a fail!

more than 50 times in my bank (Madipakkam Chennai) they ask
me one letter i am also given then they give me this Service Request No:16994109 now i am not in chennai but i check that request in my local branch it shows me problem solved, but my client still not get that amount in canara bank wrongly mentioned account is blocked the correct account no is:3082201000158 Pudur branch. Ambattur.

i kindly request please take an necessary action.

15 more days, Is this a joke?

What the hell is going on?

If I try calling your customer care, they are least bothered, they hung up on the customers face or make an excuse I will investigate and callback in exactly 30 mins.

30 HOURS LATER: I callback, same excuse with another agent.

30 HOURS LATER: Agents doesn’t know to use their phone, they don’t even realise, call has been answered, after hearing all their personal crap, amongst themselves, for 3 mins while the customer is still waiting for the agent to say Hello, dear customer, how may I help you. They hang up without giving a call opening.

After giving up trying to call you, if I email you, 15 MORE DAYS…

I HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO IN MY LIFE. RATHER WRITING AND TRYING TO CONTACT YOU EVERYDAY.

MARCH 8, 2017 WAS WHEN I MADE AN ONLINE PAYMENT.

Looks like I will to have to advertise about this incident in a better newspaper.

If I want to cancel the subscription now, because of your incompetency and your attitude of not bothering about customers, how soon will I get my refund???

15 days or 150 days???

I have bought an Appsdaily insurance for my mobile phone Samsung Galaxy S6 (Model no. SM-920 32GB) with IMEI number 375215061331750 (Invoice of purchase attached) on 04/01/2016 with Your Order id : 51234485 with a Mobile Protection Platinum plan. I submitted my phone for repair on 30-Dec-2016 with Intimation ID ADN_C_15126_197833871 against insurance claim which was approved the same day by AppsDaily (details attached of job sheet). As per commitment by Apps daily during purchase of insurance from them, they were supposed to give me a repaired handset in 11 days, however while submitting the claim i was told they will take 21 days . Anyways, its been 3 months now and i have no update on my phone. The contracts says that if within 21 days if they cant repair the phone for any reason, they will return the phone to me and i can get it repaired from Samsung authorised service station and they will pay me in 30 days. Nothing has happened, i need my phone asap.

We have fully automatic washing which gone bad it is not starting many times the, we lodged complain at customer care, the service guy came and could not find any fault but later he told that he will take out board for checking after a week he did not reply then we received a call that board is burnt and need replacement and it will cost Rs.6800+ service charge, we asked LG invoice which he is not ready to give and now he is not returning our old board also.

Its absolutely pathetic frustrating with no help.
