What the hell is going on?
If I try calling your customer care, they are least bothered, they hung up on the customers face or make an excuse I will investigate and callback in exactly 30 mins.
30 HOURS LATER: I callback, same excuse with another agent.
30 HOURS LATER: Agents doesn’t know to use their phone, they don’t even realise, call has been answered, after hearing all their personal crap, amongst themselves, for 3 mins while the customer is still waiting for the agent to say Hello, dear customer, how may I help you. They hang up without giving a call opening.
After giving up trying to call you, if I email you, 15 MORE DAYS…
I HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO IN MY LIFE. RATHER WRITING AND TRYING TO CONTACT YOU EVERYDAY.
MARCH 8, 2017 WAS WHEN I MADE AN ONLINE PAYMENT.
Looks like I will to have to advertise about this incident in a better newspaper.
If I want to cancel the subscription now, because of your incompetency and your attitude of not bothering about customers, how soon will I get my refund???
15 days or 150 days???
