Respected sir/madam,

We are facing lot of problem due to residents opposite to our balcony throw all garbage and plastic items in an empty land there everyday. They also pass motion here. Due to which we have lot of mosquitoes in our apartment and also it stinks a lot. Also fly and pigs have increased. We are facing lot of health issues as well due to this. This is not good for environment also.

Please help us by educating and making the area garbage free.

Context-
On 25/3/17, I picked up pre-booked car from Bangalore Airport depot. The car had a faint noise coming from the rear from the beginning.
By 26/3/17, the noise became very load and violent, and the car also became very difficult to drive. After wasting a lot of time trying to coordinate with Zoomcar executives, trying to find a repair shop, I finally decided to drop the vehicle at the nearest Zoomcar depot at Kormangala, near Sony signal.
After reaching I was shocked to see the the wheel was badly broken. I was informed that the wheel could have come out if I hadn’t been careful and drove above 50 km/hr.
My Concerns-
Major:
1. I am entitled to get a car in fit-for-road condition. This car was not fit for road.
2. This incident was a huge safety hazard. There were 4 other friends with me riding the car. Had the wheel came out, we could have met a major accident and lost our lives

Minor:
1. Effectively lost 5 hours of my paid rental hours, refund for that needs to be made.
2. Also had to incur additional expenses (Cab + Bus charges) to reach my destination, all because of Zoomcar’s inability to provide me a fit for road car.

Expecting full refund and appropriate compensation for this issue. You cannot play with someone’s safety and life.

Scam or fraud: Reliance Broadband — Discontinuation of service any time

I am using Reliance Broadband (ID: 396417784902)since october 2014 with landline connection.

There is frequent disconnection of service/ reliance internet does not work and Landline is disconnected mostly.Even after several complaints to reliance customer care they don’t respond immediately nor the issue is resolved permanently. We observed that after several reminders just a week or few days before monthly bill payment they start the Internet Service only(not Landline).

This has become their regular practice which is not acceptable and losses the interest in continuing this sort of service. It hampers my day to day activities for which this service is enabled. However, there is no positive response from Reliance Broadband till today this is followed. The customer care complaint attendant person told us that this issue is due to permanent faulty cables for Internet and Landline which the company is not changing/replacing.

Note: Landline is still not working.

Kindly look into this issue and help us to resolve it permanently.

I agree with your views, I too found Nikon too much arrogant as far as handling customer care is concerned. I purchased a NIKON SLR camera and had to pay heavy price for same. I gifted the same to my daughter on her birth day. Unfortunately the camera had problem for unknown reason (malfunction with 2 buttons).
I immediately rushed to nearby service centre the person kept the camera for 3 weeks and did not do anything later he said that they no more provide service for Nikon cameras. I had to contact Nikon customer care and as they suggested delivered the camera to another service centre and as I delivered the personal from that service centre accepted and said service will be done under warranty. After 24 hours the same person called me and told that the problem happened due to water entry (as there are water mark on body of camera and lense) I told how can this happen we never went for outdoor photography. Though we pleaded all our request fell on deaf ear and the same man demanded money when I told as we never mishandled the problem may be manufacturing defect so should be covered under warranty. But the man was not listening.
I called Nikon service centre without even listening to my part of story they told I have to abide by decision of service personal.
I reviewed net and came upon similar incidence with some customer who had identical issues with camera and as they threatened to take the matter to court the customer care personal from Nikon obliged and repaired the product without charge. This shows how ethical is Nikon and their arrogance towards customers.

Scam or fraud: Tikona — Receving threatening calls after disconnection of the connection

I opted for Tikona with Connection ID- 1117614491 . last year which I now believe was the biggest mistake I had made at first place. Even after being a loyal customer. I have been receiving threatening calls from your collection agents (who claim to be a lawyers/police officers) and hurling abuses about this.

I don’t think this is the “Modus Operandi” of the service industry to harass its customer and call him as a liar or thief even after making all the payment and giving the ample chances to the company to resume the services.

Since the inception of the connection I have been raising the complaints regarding the connectivity issues within my locality. This was acknowledged by the technical engineers of three levels who visited several times to my home to make this thing work. But unfortunately, nothing worked as the tower wasn’t visible from my location and the signal strength was too weak.

In spite of the problem from very beginning I still considered to keep the connection and give company a fair chance to improve and also paid the dues even after the 3-month advance payments. But the situation didn’t improved.

You can visit my account details, call logs and the mails for your reference. I didn’t got any modem from Tikona and later after the disconnection of the line. I got a mail from the Tikona Legal collection department stating that I haven’t returned the modem (which I haven’t got at the first place). The company has already sent somebody to pick all the wires and the splitter.

Now from last few times, I have been receiving threatening calls of filing a legal case against me. And these guys are misbehaving to the limits and hurling abuses over the phone.

Initially, company committed the money back guarantee for the services(which it was unable to provide), which I am not asking for. What I am looking for is to clear all my account and let this go with peace. If the company is looking for the legal way out of this, even then nobody has any right to misbehave and threat him.

Please suggest.
