Complaint Details:
Since long time main sewage line infront of A85/Shiv Vihar, SG-II, Shbd has been block resulted building sewage not flowing outside from the bldg.. Necessary pumping machine pressure is required on urgent basis before rainy season.

It is further add that Jal Board official make a dig for the last 1 weeks in front of A85, SG=II, Sbd which is dangerous for small children playing nearby.

Please instruct your official to rectify the defects at the earliest without loss of time in the interest of public.

I got a fraud call around 11.27 am on 13th may as calling on behalf of icici bank credit for verification to redeem my credit card points and they already had details of my card and cvv number which they wanted to get verified again with me. With in few minutes, i received sms about

2 Fraud transaction using my icici bank credit card towards (IDEA PAYEMENT) ideamoney with two transactions each of 4985/- and 1 transaction of Rs 4980 making the total amount of 9965/-

I call to bank and stop payment and blocked my card.

Requesting you to kindly please help me out to solve my problem and get my amount back.

I have purchased 1 product from quikr and my AD ID: 292916816 i have also made full payment of this product. But seller is not ready to sell this product. I m calling to customer care they r saying that our delivery boy will contact you within 24 hours but i have not yet recived any call. I am really not satisfied with service of quikr. I am still waiting for the refund for order: 406-1059997-9404357. At the time of purchase, I sent different emails to seller to be sure about delivery date. He confirmed the 15th of May. Finally, they shipped the sofa on 15th. So I cancelled it. I called Amazon India CC and talked to them, and to the furniture team and escalation. They lied to me by saying: “don’t worry Sir, we will call you back before 24hrs”. I am still waiting. And the so-called A Z claim was filed 1 week later than expected and promised… So the refund is not with me. They keep saying they proceeded with it, but the true is that the money is with them, not with me.

And about order 406-1059997-9404357, the seller sent the sofa in a completely different shade. I phoned him and he said that the delivered shade is what I ordered. So I proceeded with the return.

And the last surprise is the suspension of my account, although I have always paid my orders, I have never accepted a parcel not addressed to me, etc.

It is impossible to get an appropriate answer from Amazon India, irrespective of my lack of payment problems, my almost 2 lakhs spent with them during the last 6 months. I do not know how they allow such cases to happen.

I am planning to escalate my issues to a more global level, as other countries, if contacted their CC, they try to assist and offer help as they understand this is not possible.

Voltas Customer Service non-responsive
I have a voltas desert cooler, which had isssue with swing motor. The technitians came and replaced it on 9th may 2017. The replaced part went faulty in 3 days time and i logged a conplaint again. The technitians came and took the part saying it would be replaced without any cost on 14th may 2017. Since that date i have been following up, had raised mutiple complaints but not resolved yet. I am on 01st june 2017 and still awaiting resolution.

I cancelled one order in Flipkart .They refund my money back to my BOI account on the 19th of May, 2017. They sent me a reference number evenly, but still I didn’t credit my money into my account. I contact with my branch manager, but they are saying we don’t even know what is a reference number. Please take my complaint into consideration and take action.

Sir,
we have purchase about 40 mahindra vehicles from silver jubilee motors ltd. Pune.

We mainly do the maintenance work from the dealer silver jubilee motors pune.

When the veh. Reached at the workshop, spare parts are unavailability at the dealer.

Then they will order the spare parts & veh. Will be delivered with in 6 – 7 working days. They don’t maintain stock in the workshop.

Our veh. No. Mh-12-kt-8655 scorpio repair order no. Ro18c003379

has a problem with fuel motor & wiring harness short circuit, for that same problem veh. Is at the workshop for 3 times. Just the above veh. Is at the workshop from 31-05-17
how many time we would like to face the same problem in future don’t know.

Another veh. Mh-12-kp-5858 bolero camper, repair order no. Ro18c003368

is at the workshop from 31-05-17 they don’t have a stock of front brake disk. They have order the spare parts, & it will reached till monday.
They don’t carry the running spare parts in the store.

This is a very ridiculous experience from silver jubilee motors ltd. Pune dealer.

It’s a serious matter please look after it.

I am serving with Indian Army and was posted at Asssam from 2010 to 2015. During my stay at Assam I had opened sb account (salary a/c) with state bank of India, Rangiya branch.
Now as I have been transfer to Mumbai since Sep 2015. I have mailed application for transfer of my account from Rangiya to Mumbai several times alongwith fax, but no responce received from Rangiya branch of SBI.

At this stage my bank details is required by my pay account office for completion of my pension documents.

I earnestly request you to solve my problem at the earliest.
