Complaint Details:
Today, after month I went at Canara Bank Meera Bagh branch, to get the entries in my pass book, today also they were making excuses that we will not do your work, earlier they were saying that we have server problems, there is no staff of this, we are too busy in other important works etc. Staff doesn’t even try to understand the person’s need regarding that particular work.

I made a complaint on 03-06-2017 no. GFO30115, same was forwarded to Mr. Jagdamba service center. Sh. Jatinder sharma came to my residence on 03-06-2017 it self which is highly appreciate able, but he changed only one off/on switch and as regards 2-sockets he said that he can not change as these are melted. I request you to kindly get these sockets replaced keeping in view the HIGHLY TRUSTED HAVELS COMPANY

Complaint Details:
One of the worst service ever faced, from last 4 days our fridge is not working, called call center atleast 25 times, nothing is happpned.
Fridge gas leaked, reliance has given 2 year extended the warranty, Sumsang fridge purchased in Jan16 at GIP, Reliance Digital.
One of your service provider – Nikita (MBL-7290001755) is saying that we should fill the gas from outside and she will reimburse after 5-6 days.
Seems we did a great mistake by purchasing fridge from Reliance Digital.
Can someone look into the issue on an urgent basis and get the issue resolved.

Share Ride was booked fro mumbai airport to station road chembur..
Driver dropped at bandra station, claiming booking for the same.
Further it was very inconvenient, as I didn’t get a cab for 1 hr. & subsequently tried to book ola cab minimum 5 times from that location.
every time driver was refusing after confirm booking.
Finally traveled with great difficulty by private taxi.

Mr.Mahadev Pal is a cable operator and owner of our local cable network.He have not any legal papers and proper license for providing such kind of business.By the way I am a former customer of those cable connection.He was charge me Rs.1500/- and take Rs 500/- extra for new connection at the year 2010.Then he collected Rs.200/- per month for rent.Now as per govt. order all customer need a settop Box for viewing all channel.Necesity for Settop Box, now Mr.Pal demand Rs 2100/- to all customer.Which actual fare price is Rs.1600/-.All GTPL settop Box operator selling it between Rs. 1600/- to 1650/- in our district but Mr. Pal selling it at much price.All customer Need it for necessity. So I bought this settopBox from other operator dealer.So now Mr.Mahadev Pal cut my connection as illegal way.He take my cable wire also.He did not want to any type cooperate with me.Telling for his iillegal business he did to make me fear and telling me to see me later.He was a fully illegal businessman also.He did not take any rules which provided by Indian Broadcate Authority guideline.Its is requested to you that please see this matter as a public issue and take all necessary action as soon as possible.I need to reconnect my cable line otherwise back my connection charge and wireline. Yesterday that is on 02/06/2017 I tried to recharge Rs. 73/- through UCO BANK NET BANKING .It was failed transaction but my Bank a/c was debited vide IBP Billdesk No:000009893150 dt.02.06.2017.I had to recharge again for Rs.73/- and that was successful. So my a/c was debited twice.You are requested to look into the matter and solve the issue and refund the amount

Complaint Details:
I requested to PORT my existing postpaid number 7598434220 from BSNL to airtel.
Airtel executive, Mr Thangamani contact number 9566957442 showed up on 27th May and collected deposit money of Rs 350/- and handed over an Airtel sim to me.
I have been informed that the SIM will be activated within a week, however nothing has happened till date.
I am yet to receive any confirmation from Airtel.
Now when I visit Airtel store, I am being told that it’s a third party agency who has collected the documents to me and handed over the sim,
I need to contact them for updation and Airtel can not do any thing about it.

I have purchased Yamaha Home Theater from Vijay Sales some times back and now Home Theater is not working. I have made several visits to Vijay Sales Mira Road Branch and Matter Escalated to the Manager Ankur as well. He assured me that he will look into this matter personally but still no one has visited my home. Its 25 Days now and still no one has visited or attended this call.

Dear Sir,
I am one of the consumers of Punjab State Power Corporation limited having account number 3000943894. The power meter was earlier installed inside my residence since 1994. But now at the instruction from Punjab State Power Corporation limited, the outsourced agency got it affixed outside our residence unsuitably as it is merely hanging with gate pillar. Sometimes during rains the current passes through the pillar and also inside our residence and thus posing great risk to the lives of persons living inside. It is also posing risk to outside people.
Keeping in view the gravity of problem kindly look into the matter and get it resolved at the earliest.
