Even I have searched network connectivity in operator selection as manual in my cell phone. I had booked my bus ticket today from a indore to Mumbai through Paytm. Ticket got booked and an amount of Rs.1444 git deducted from my account. Immediately I received a msg that my booking has been failed and amount has been refunded. But I haven’t received this amount yet. I will sue you if I don’t get this amount soon. I won’t hesitate to go to the consumer court. I have been trying to reach customer support but all the contact numbers are wrong!!! I want refund of whole amount of Rs. 1444

My order no is 33706517. I have placed an order on 29th may but yet the product has not been dispatched.I have placed an order of kurta and Nehru jacket.The kurta has been received by me but the Nehru jacket is showing ready to dispatch for such a long duration.My complaint number on yepme is
3001299.Kindly deliver my product on urgent basis.The customer care service is very poor.They dont receive calls neither they respond to the mails.After receiving the call they have contacted the customer for resolving the issues.I have been trying to contact customer service for about 70times but it did not get connected to the customer service advisor.Please help me so that i can receive the product.

I went to your service center in faridabad after getting calls for replacement of air bags on my visit i was entertained by mrs. maya who asked me to contact some rajan who further asked me to contact rambeer no one had practical manners to tALK and kept me waiting with a form for 2 hours
i was getting call from your company because of which i went there

plz look into the matter so that they dont waste the time of the customers

Hi There,
I am residing in ward no 36, house no 151/31, 6th main 3rd cross, Mathikere . Today around 7:45 am garbage collector came, she told me to put garbage in trolley which wasn’t having proper segrigation of dry and wet waste, By mistake I put kitchen garbage in dry garbage as I was unsble to differentiate because she was collecting dry garbage in other sacks, so I put wet garbage in trolley, as oon as I put, she started screaming on me. I told her by mistake I have done this sorry. She became more louder on me and try to hit me by trolley as I was near to it meanwhile she crushed my dustbins and went away sceeming. Please help us as we are very much disturbed of her behaviour, earlier she had misbehaved with my husband as well, we ignored.But today she has crossed all the limits. If you take some action against her, It will be good for all residents, and I will be highly obliged to you.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had resigned from HBL Global Pvt. Ltd. at 7th December, 2016 and had given my PF withdrawal form at the month of April 2017. I had confirmed from the courier people that it had been delivered to the same address and the seal and signature of HBL company had been given as well. But when I called the HR department I got an answer that the form have not been yet received. I can provide all the screenshot of the delivery confirmation given by the courier. And this is the second time I sent this withdrawal form of Provident Fund to the same address. I got the same issue with the first one also. We have confirmed the address with the HR department before sending too.

Kindly help me out with this problem. I will be very thankful to you

1)internet services (no prolongation )

2) customer service agent are giving false statements daily (mr sachin, mr nizam, , etc etc ) and
not rectifying my problem saying resolving by another six to seven hours .It does get rectified but the other day same problem occurs .

3) daily loss of thousands as i am working from my home since 20 days to 25 days .

4) holding call lines for one hour, for forty five minutes daily to speak to duty manager .

5) asking for grace period as they have all records that internet is not working .

6) i need call back from senior officer /duty manager urgently.

7) they are not giving any complain numbers even

I have received an SMS today morning from Indian Bank which reads as “Confirm with Home Branch for issue of ECS Debit Mandate in your account XXXXX0663 fav: IndiaIdeas for Amount Rs. 51878 before 15.06.2017 otherwise further ECS Debit will be returned – Indian Bank”

However, i have not carried out any such transaction. This has to be investigated

Such a bad experience with Samsung Services. Samsung commits assured quality . I rate Samsung quality parameter in minus out of 10. Its better to purchase mobile named J7-2016 on 28/Jan/2017. I m facing internet ant network issues since the day I purchased the device ( Manufacturing defect). I approached Samsung service centre plenty of times located in Janakpuri, New delhi, but no support from the. I recently visited Samsung service centre on 02/June/2017 at 6 pm. They had submitted my mobile with complaint NO. 4237821148. Also Samsung reference no. 3704465245. I received one message after 1 hour on 2/June/ 2017 that your repair has been completed you can collect you device. Next day at 12 pm i.e 03/June/2017 I visited the service centre to collect my device . Samsung executive said your handset is not repaired yet but your complaint / Call has closed. What the hell it is? How the company can close customer complaint since it has not been resolved. The data cable of the same device was also not working since 1 month . I asked the Samsung executive to please replace my data cable, as it is under warranty. He said sorry we cant generate your call..Go and purchase from market.. Can you please tell me Samsung, why you are giving warranty on your product. Such a pathetic and annoying service.

Dear Sir,

I am A.Mahaboob Bathca, credit card customer from Madurai. My credit card number is 4375 5145 3461 0000. To my shock and surprise I received a message stating that transaction of EUR 19.99 and USD 54.97 has been made using my card by steamGame.com and WMV.Match.com respectfully.

Sir, I have not undertaken the above transaction and I have not received any OTP for the said transaction and I came to know the said transaction only by message I received. I was also shocked to find, that similar attempt has been made, however you have with held the payments. I request you to take appropriate action against such unauthorized drawls and to secure my account from any such invasion. I also request not to adjust the said drawls toward the credit facilities extended to me as the such drawls are unauthorized and is not attributable to my fault but on account of the compressible security future of a banking service.

Please issue a new card at the earliest.
