Complaint Details:
We have MIS account 9802201091 / 82 in Manjalpur Vadodara post office. These MIS accounts are getting matured in Aporil 2017.

Presently we are shifted to SURAT. So accordingly we have presented account closure form duly signed by depositor and messenger along with PAN copy of the depositor.

But the rude post master has insisted for physical presence of the depositor. Messenger is NOT valid.

If messenger is not allowed then why closure form (SB 7-A) is having option to authorize messenger to process?

Scam or fraud: Air India — Website and Call centre

The Air India website requires one to upload KYC documents for frequent flier. The Website does not work . On calling the callcentre, they say tha their website does not work with Chrome -only with Internet explorer.Try the same with explorer. Still does not work. On calling the call centre again, they pretend not to hear midway through the conversation. Maybe they dont have a solution so that pretend not to hear -or maybe equipment they have is faulty. This happened two times with two different agents. Why can’t they get anything working????

I have purchased hosting from Silicon House LINUX / JAVA – Resellers

many problems rising day by day i arise ticket many time but not satisfactory service are there. Last few day we getting forbidden error due to content
they are saying it is spam “Search Engine Optimization”. they are saying use another word instead of this means we have to say EAST to NORTH
They are making me foolish on name of security please correct your security system but not providing right solution for the problem.

We residents have complaint many times about the encroachment of shivaji street no.2 .All shopkeepers keep their material scattered on whole street leaving no space to pass by either they or their customers park vehicles on whole street irregularly.Shopkeepers even throw their office waste material here & there which is also creating problem for resident’s because it is not even clean by daily road sweeper . No strict action is taken by any authority.POLICE OFFICER COMES WARN THEM & GO . But here they turn the situation is same again.NO fear of authority, all the street is flooded with shopkeepers material, oil & waste .Please take some strict action to help people of area & also take a step for making PRIME MINISTER vision for swachh bharat come true.Please ASK SHOPKEEPERS TO USE THEIR SPACE FOR WORK NOT STREET .

I, Joyanta Majumder, owner of SKODA RAPID (WB40X 9823), having a service from Jia Auto Sales Pvt Ltd, (Address: NH – 6, Kona Express Highway, Truck Terminal, Khejurtala, P.O. Bankra, Howrah., , Howrah, West Bengal 711403) where it was found that they exchange my spare tyre and rim with a faulty size of 175/70R14 instead of actual size of 185/60R15. Thus having the odd size, I am unable to use the spare if required. I have made several complain to the service centre, but instead of managing my problem, they simply show the indifference to attend the complain. This has to be mentioned that the tax invoice are showing they charge Rs. 4761.90 for one 185/60R 15 DP B1 Tubeless Tyre, but gave a tyre of different size (assuming 175/70R 14). This is a fradaulant activity as rendered by the service centre and cause extreme suffering to your valued customer like me.

Please help me to get rid of this cheating activity by the service centre.

I own a huge frm house and vacant land, which is free from all encumbrances.
The vacant land not cultivated is free to install Tower wherever you like to.
On main road or in between village . Village is RAMPUR SUNRA situated on Hoshiarpur Road in Phagwara Punjab.

Ours is a 70 years old farm famous for sugarcane, rice and wheat cultivation. New projects are also in mind like food products to be packed and sold out not only in Punjab but on Global level. For this, a company formation is under process and would soon take its first step.

More suggestions are welcome.

On 24th May 2017, I raised a request against mobile screen damage, and after a week I got a link to upload the documents which I also did and paid the 1500 rs online.

Now I got a mail that I will get the kit from your end, now its more than 2 weeks and system is showing that kit is dispatched without the courier details and tracking number.

Please do needful ASAP, so that my mobile will get repaired on timely.

Scam or fraud: Spice Jet Airlines — SpiceJet – Treating the Customer in a pathetic manner disgusting

Booked Spice Jet by goibibo (PNR-O2G5UB): flight dated 07-May-17 from Bengaluru to Delhi scheduled at 9:30AM. It’s on my birthday. For the first time traveling in Spice Jet. I came to airport by 8:33 AM & in the check-in security guard didn’t allow me to enter airport because I was showing him the sms received from Spice Jet. (Note: I used to show the sms in most of the case like train, movie booking i didn’t face any problem so in airport also i thought this will work & its advertised by government to save nature & go green because of which all the trouble happened on my birthday) Security Guard was not ready to accept it & asking to show the mail. In airport my mobile signal where weak it was getting delayed & some how download it & showed him & went to get boarding pass by 8:50AM. I had only hand luggage. Which was 5 minutes late as reporting time was 45 minutes before departure.
After all this has happened at the boarding point of Spice Jet officer / air hostess in Spice Jet counter, I explained what has happened in all the manner I can, I don’t like to ask apologies/beg but I did that too on my birthday. She told that she was senior in charge & she called to some one & was not ready to accept. She was speaking in such a manner it was very much improper. Hope this people are appointment to help the customer. But I felt in the difference manner. I was so much disappointed by the attitude show by that person. I lost – my dignity, my respect, my money. All the things on my birthday because of your customer care executive in boarding pass counter. I have traveled in many flights in which once I was late by 15 minutes… They understand my problem & allow me to board but here they ditched me in all manner & they are not ready to help in any manner. She told you came late its your mistake, we cont do any thing if need you can book other flight & travel. It’s on my birthday i was traveling to meet my family member. Your executive have screwed me in all the manner she can. I only know how i felt on that day before other passenger when i as begging to her & apologies to her there is no affinity. I am not able update all the things happened, i felt its my worth birthday.
It’s the worse experience I got because of Spice Jet… I feel, I must never travel in Spice Jet again in my lifetime. There is no politeness show to the customer in Spice Jet. If its the case for sure you will not have repeated customer.

Scam or fraud: Idea Cellular — Charging for Full Month Rental while MNP by IDEA Celluar

I have migrated Mobile Number on MNP from Idea Celluar Services to Other Service Provider. I have requested MNP on 27th April, 2017 and later on completed all the necessary formalities.

On 1st of May, 2017 i have paid the due bill of IDEA Cellular. After this process gets over on 2nd May, 2017, IDEA Cellular had relieved my number to other service provider and MNP process successfully completed.

After completion of MAY 2017 month, I have received my phone bill from IDEA for the entire month of MAY, 2017, though i have used IDEA services for the 2 days only.

After that I have made complaints to IDEA Customer Care, as per their CC Personnel it is rule of the company to charge the bill for entire month when one customer leaves the company but when one customer joins the company, it can charge the bill prorata on per day usage.

Why Billing on MNP when one leaves the company should not be on pro rata basis on per day usage? Is it TRAI Rulings?
