Complaint Details:
I had enquired about the mangalore transport rates from Kolkata . on finalising the rate with niliufer khatoon, e-sugam form was generated and the trucks were sent to my client office.
after the goods were loaded and truck left for mangalore, a personnel named sonu pandey called us to inform that the rate was mistakenly given to us by nilufer. he asked us to pay 5350. on confirming with other transporters, we got a rate of 4500 and hence are willing to pay 4500(bearing a loss of 300) instead of 5350/-.
now, the goods are lying at the customers premises and Leo Global Logistics (sonu pandey) is not allowing my client to unload the goods.
the truck driver also made us speak to his owner, mr. ramchandra reddy and he himself has not received any payment from leo logistics company pvt. ltd.
though we have made a payment of 70000. 35000 by NEFT and 35000 in cash.
ramchandra reddy has confirmed us that the rate given by him is 4400 . we are willing to pay 4500 and not more than that.
kindly make sure that our goods are unloaded as soon as possible to prevent the damage of goods. or else, if any damage in goods, valid action would be taken against Leo Global Logistics Pvt. ltd and we would penalize the company against financial loss and Sonu Pandey for harassing me and my client.

I have a ceiling fan from Havells. For the past few days the fan is not functioning properly. So I lodged a complaint but no one showed up. And they just closed my complaint as resolved. In the last one week I have called havells 4 times. Every time I had to hear the same nonsense that the engineer would come over and I would receive a call but nothing actually happened. This is extremely poor customer service and I actually regret buying a product from your company. That too when my product is in warranty. No wonder your customer satisfaction rate is so low. I’m sorry to say your customer service sucks.

I bought letv 2 on 18th december 2016, and on 15th may 2017 it got dead, on same day i deposited same to the service station of letv. they asked to wait for 10days, and after 10 days i contacted them and they said you have to wait more, from then to now they are keep saying just wait for more days. i call them in the gap of couple of days and they keep wasting time. their voice tone shows they are not even interested in providing services. pathetic and poorest services by letv.

Hi Cidco team,

There is a big sewage problem in sector 10, near plot 99, mamta residency, taloja phase 1. There is a sewage pot provided by cidco.but it has been overloaded with garbage.
All of these has spread footpath and road causing problem to people in travelling.
Also, diseases like malaria dengue are spreading because of this.
This is just a start.the situation will be worse during rains.
Please clear these sewage as soon as possible.(max 7 days)
Otherwise i have to take pictures of these things and tweet mr chief minister devendra fadnavis about how cidco is trating areas near navi mumbai metro

I have lost my sim card of idea more than a year ago and someone is using the sim from my name.I want to switch off the sim card forever.I phoned on 198 from another idea number and they asked for last recharge.how could I know that, it was lost a year ago or it may have happened that, the thief have done some recharge.
It would be helpful if you provide me with last three calls and last recharge, or you shut down the SIM card number 9714897340(the lost sim card of idea).

We wanted to book a European holiday with Neem based on their ads on national TV. We faced a lot of challenges because they are Mumbai-based and Mumbai-centric in their thinking and service. (1) Promised a Hyd-to-Hyd journey for us but went back on their promise at the last minute (2) They have no time for customers, speak and message very shortly, with no courtesy. Very poor communication skills (3) Raised rates arbitrarily in our experience (4) Sent us numbers of others who had travelled with them for us to speak to when we wanted to know more about Neem, but two of them said they were still in the process of booking and none had go e on the same trip.

Scam or fraud: Blue Dart Express — Consignment not delivered for 5 days and no intimation by Bludart. Entering wrong details in tracking sheet.

The consignment 40970399400 was booked for me from eMudhra, Bangalore to my address in Trichy on 2nd June 2017.
I was not aware of the cosignment being sent thro’ Blue dart or the consignment no. However as scheduled the consignment has reached on 5th June, but it was not delivered to me. There was no phone call from any one from Blue dart.
I am residing in Karumandapam, Trichy-1 a prime location of Trichy city and I am regular customer of Bluedart and to mention a sample 39922918512 was my last transaction received at the same address in April 2017.
But surprisingly this time some one found this address to be insufficient and has been entering my address as incorrect and no landmark etc etc, and did not even bother to inform at my mobile no entered in the package..Moreover as seen in the tracking (attached below) the area is wrongly mentioned as KK nagar (620021), where as I am residing at Karumandapam.
Having contacted the sender at Bangalore by chance on 9th June, I got the consignment no., and as per the tracking called, BlueDart, KK Nagar, Trichy at 9944426634, and was given the Main office no in Trichy Thillainagar. But both the given nos 2750193 and 2750230 were not answering and I had to go all the way to this office to collect the consignment myself.

All this was due to the reckless behavior of someone at Blue Dart, Trichy. And the person at the counter when I told that I want to submit a written complaint was not at all worried and was showing me the toll free no. I am very much discouraged by this reckless behavior of your staff and demand that you make a through inquiry and take proper action on this person, and provide feedback to me on the issue. I am also copying this complaint onto customer complaints website and expect prompt and proper redressal.
