Dear Sir,
I purchase Curtains on ebay.in, it was valued at Rs.425 on 04.06.2017
I paid in advance at time of purchase.
I received the item on 09.06.2017 through Indian Post Service.
When I opened the packet, it contained two curtains, 2’/6′, and their quality and color was such like that to be used by roadside dwellers,
What I expected from seller, by trusting repute and name of ebay.in
I found that there are fraud sellers, who describe item as no.1 / a class item, but supply cheapest dirty quality items.
So, i raised a claim to return the item in the hope that ebay will help me in getting out of this fraud, and will get my money back, but I received no help at all rather ebay closed my case.
This is corporate fraud, where ebay officials support fraud suppliers to grab
money from buyers.
I will never buy again on ebay and neither will advice anyone to buy on ebay, because now it seems fraud.
In online business, only trust of the buyer that he will receive a quality product for real actual value of money.
But ebay is failing in this because of fraud suppliers on ebay.
I still hope I will receive my money back. My money is small but my trust was very much on ebay, which broken.
Now I hope that ebay will help me building my trust again on ebay by refunding my money and will stop and check suppliers who are befooling buyers in the name of ebay. I can not write more for my pain for my broken trust
