Scam or fraud: Pension Treasury, Purulia (west Bengal) — SOS APPEAL: Regarding pension revision of Shri Salil Kumar having PPO no. 183386

Complaint Details:
Inspite of Official Order of Accountant General (A E), Bihar dated 05.04.2017 and again re-order dated 12.05.2017, addressed to Accountant General (A E), West Bengal) Purulia Treasury has not released the arrear as per the revised pension under 7th pay commission norms. Purulia Treasury is falling under Accountant General (A E), West Bengal).

On 25.05.2017 I got a telephonic call from respective PF authority – Accountant General (A E), West Bengal) (Telephone No. 033-22138136), to whom I have communicated that I have not received my arrear so far.

Till today 01.06.2017, no development has taken place and Purulia Treasury has neither released my arrear nor paid me revised pension. They are still paying my pension at old rate. It is either intentionally harassing me or they are not processing my file inspite of Orders from the Highest Possible authorities. I am 84 years old person so I cannot afford to fight the system anymore.

Requesting the esteemed authorities to intervene in this critical matter and resolve my issue ASAP. Kindly instruct Purulia Treasury (under Accountant General (A E), West Bengal) to release my arrear pension at the earliest.

No action has been taken to settle down my refund against cancellation of ticket please find attached herewith scanned copy of account as on today i.e.21-03-2017 time 9.36 am (transaction and dated highlighted). and also screen shots of my transaction details.

The transaction details for refund are showing to PAYTMAG dt.3-3-2017. while i have booked e-ticket through Bank of india accounts(copy of transaction are attached for your ready reference.).
Therefore it is showing the refund are going wrong account i.e. PAYTMAG. correct is bank of india account.

in view of the above you are requested please rectify the problem as soon as possible so that refund process may settle down timely.

So whether I sent Docoment then it was said that after the Doodent Settlement, the call will be called. The same day it was 1600 MR. SATYAM singh A / c-20176517337 And ifsc-sbin0002547 was asked to transfer, even before that a call came and paytm was asked to send 2, 000 rupees, all the words were correct. I think it is frowed, so why do not you shine.com improve it so people do not make money by fooling them.

I was fined for driving in wrong way for the charge of Rs.200 near kandivalli (east) station, when I went to make the payment at kandivalli chowki near stn, i was fined with an extra amount of Rs. 400 saying that I have been charged for breaking the signal at paydhuni, fort. But never been there, they threatened me and took the charges, is this wat justice is called, also I didn’t receive any challan for the payment of 400 rupees.

I have booked KUV100/K4+/6str/ Diesel variant at Koncept Automobiles Pvt Ltd, A9, Sector 2, Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar (UP), Pin – 201301 on dated 30.04.17 with booking amount Rs. 11000/-.

At the time of booking sales representative of M&M committed to provide the Dual Tone Colour (Red & Black) similar to as available in K8 model and for this he charge some additional amount. After long discussion he gave his 100% assurance about quality and finishing of dual colour 100% similar to K8 model.

First he assured to deliver the car on 05.06.17 but unfortunately at the last moment he denied to deliver the car due to some internal reasons at the end of dealer. Secondly he ask to visit showroom on 12.06.17 to take the delivery. But when i reached at showroom find there is huge difference in terms of quality and finishing between dual color of K8 model as shown at the time of booking and my car.
When i object the same and ask to refund my booking amount since M&M is not delivering the product the i have booked and committed by sales team, the sales team of M&M threaten not to refund the booking amount.

Moreover i also surprised that the dealer also raised the invoice against my name without informing to me and also before the delivery. Please explain is this the working culture of M&M?

Here i would like to highlight that i am ready to take the delivery of car as i have booked and committed by M&M team only other please do the needful to refund the whole amount (i.e. Rs. 11, 000/-) to me as soon as possible.
