This is regarding my order id Order ID-10242347 with quickrx placed on May 30th 2017.

I have ordered an unboxed mobile phone Huwei Honor 6x and the order got cancelled(Please check the photo attached)

After that I confirmed my cancellation with customer care.(

Monday – Saturday: 9AM to 9PM.) on June 5th 2017.

They told that I will get refund within 7 working days. Today is June 14th, 2017.8th working day, there is no update or refund from quickr.

I feel that they are very bad service.

My bank account was opened using my voter id as address proof which had the wrong last name. I got my voter id corrected and went to the bank to correct my last name. They asked me for a PAN card copy and asked me to show the original So i did. They said it will be done in 7 days i called them again and again but no one is responding now.Its been more than 3 months.

My SB A/c No 11751778177. I applied for an ATM card to my home branch SBI Nayagaon-04862 bearing No 5596 0100 3605 1611 date of issue May 13 2016 addressed to WZ-36 Naraina Village, New Delhi. ATM found blocked. second time applied on 29 May 2017 also on line request sent by home branch SBI Nayagaon at my old address and ATM reverted to home branch. My both houses are shut down because I have shifted my house to RZ-14 J Block Street No 3 West Sagarpur, Distt- South-West, New Delhi-110046 since 14 Jun 2014. After repeated personal request to home branch and depositing of latest photocopy of Aadhar card as KYC, home branch is not complying the correct address, It is not feasible for me to visit time and again to collect ATM
so despatch the same to my latest address RZ-14.

Hello, My mother has account in this branch and now she doesnot live in bangalore. when we want to draw the money, self check is given, branch says she has to come personally, the account is forbidden and she has to come in person.we had given letter signed to close the account and give check to her son which is not being done. More than 5 to 10 visits done so far. First 2-3 times they were always saying that signature mismatch. Now Manager santhoshkumar says the account can only be transferred.
My question is when she is giving letter or self cheque why money is not given or based on letter why account cannot be closed?

This is to inform you that I had opted for change in rental plan from Existing Plan NC_KL_MV_SIMPLEX199NEW1
to NC_KL_MV_SIMPLEX199NEW2 which was changed by VODAFONE vide their email dated 13/04/2017 & Interaction No. 1011853156.
After getting the bill I was surprised to see that the rental discount of Rs.100/- was not given. I had number of interactions with VODAFONE
for getting the rental discount of Rs.100/- vide interactions 1011853156, 1018362957, 1018601858 & 1019057192. In all these interactions
VODAFONE have mentioned that rental discount for the said plan has been removed from the market. Sorry to inform you that
even after that they provided rental discount to Mr.KAUSHIK PRASAD YADAV Mobile 9831814682 &
Mr.Tapan Kumar Banerjee Mobile Mobile No. 9830818235 my colleagues in the same corporate office.
I am surprised, why organisation like VODAFONE is maintaining such unfair marketing policy for the same plan.

Please expedite this matter generously so that I could get the rental discount for the above mentioned plan.
