I had purchased the Symphony Siesta 70 Desert cooler on 26.02.2017. The cooler has a 1 year warrantee. I had issues with the pump last week and had logged in a service request on 5th July. As I am available at home upto 1 pm on working days I had requested to make the technician visit before 1 pm. After several calls to the customer care the technician visited and repaired the product. After the repair the pucp again stopped working after 4 hours of repair. I called the technician and he informed me that he will change the pump and I do not have to log in any more service calls. The pump started working the next morning but it stopped on its own again. This happened every day and today when I am again called the technician he asked me to raise a services call. I had requested to make the technician visit before 1 pm. But the technician called me and said he cannot come when I am available at home and he also disconnected the call without commiting if he will come again or not. I am feed up with this harassment.

I am the owner of a Xylo Car it bears the Number TN 75J 5555. Which met an accident on 17-1-2017. We brought that car for the maintenance and service purpose to the abovesaid Kodai Automobile Company on 23-01-2017. Still this movement they did not repairing work and handover to us. How many times do we have to knock the door steps of Kodai Automobiles. Kindly I request you to involve in this affair and settle the matter immediately.
If your dealer do such type of poor service how can we trust worth your company and your products. More over under what circumstances we advice our kith and kin to purchase your brands.

Complaint Details:
Our Tata Nano car caught fire, which was parked in the corridor.
Because of this, our house also caught fire. We could not come out of the house as the car was parked in front of the main door. Our neighbours broke open the window to let us come out. The fire damaged the house. We had to face mental trauma and could not do our routine work for nearly 2 to 3 weeks. Children missed their colleges. The estimate to renovate the house is around Rs. 5 lakhs.

Can I get compensation for this ? If compensation is not given, I am going to file a case against Tata Nano Company.

i have hero honda passion bike regestered in maharashtra navi mumbai.
i have shifted to surat (gujarat) and i want to transfer my bike to gujarat state.
i have NOC from navi mumbai RTO OFFICE.
BOW SURAT RTO is saying bikw will not b transfer to gujarat state. bring residenc address prrof of non city.
i have flat in surat godadra. from where i will bring non city address proff???

I have called to customer care but they said we are unable to register your complain dont know why but how poor reply and service by theis company.

They still not doing anything regarding this complain .

I want support from government authority.

These guys designed our stall. Mr.Mayank and Mr.Kunal Mongia runs a fraud company named ‘Universal Infotainment Private Limited’ in Jhandewalan.
Once we were financially committed we were left high n dry!
The stall didn’t looks like as they people shows on designs and doesn’t match to our existing data.
At last I came to know they don’t have in-house designing & production etc.
They just makes us fool. No way of talking specially Mr.Mayank uses lots of abusing words.
Worst experience with this company.

I am using Axis Bank from Last 3 years, My account is in Credit Freeze state so that reason, I am not able to transfer money in Axis Bank account from another Bank Account.I have visited axis bank branch ELECTRONIC CITY, BANGALORE with Original Voter Id Card, Photocopy of Voter Id Card and photocopy of Pan Card but they are not accepting. I spoke to branch manager also they are telling Voter Id Card is not valid. you need to carry Pan Card.
