I am quite shocked to receive the electricity bill amounting Rs. 24, 259.49/-against electricity consumption, for the last months at my residence.
It is just not possible for me to have used so much of electricity. I have purchased this house from Sachin Tuka ram Ghadi. I took possession in the month of February 2017.
I went to local office at VIRAR west and met following staff of MSEDCL for reporting the subject matter:
1. Mr. Vinay Arade UDC
2. Mr. Abid Drakshi Office Asst.
3. RJ Mahala Assistant Accountant
I discussed and explain them that there is some problem we are not getting hard copy of the bills since we have shifted to this home. In spite of excess (INR 3870/-) amount that is already submitted in the month of January 2017. We have received such a huge bill in May month.
Bill generated for May month is average bill of 6 months. We requested to check and support in this regards all the official staffs misbehave with me and start shouting on me and told me that I have to submit the bill.
Bill its self-shows that there is mistakes in the system even they do not want to support.
I request your personal intervention in this matter as local staff is not ready to listen and support me.
Please inform us the reason why I got so much excess bill my home was closed for one month in the May month even such huge amount was generated.
I appreciate if this matter of unfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest.

Dear Sir,
I Ashish M. Lonare, was travelling in Bus No:4 from Lokmanya Nagar – Thane Station on Dt.13-Jun-2017, however while coming out at Last Bus stop i.e Thane station i forget to take my baggage.
On Enquiry with conductor, it is found that the conductor Mr. Parikh (9870459406) told that he has deposited the baggage at Thane Bus Control Room and kept it hanging there and show it to the on Duty Staff Mr. Pathan.

At present the baggage is not there and some body out of the staff member has taken away my baggage having my Driving license, money, Tiffin, waterbottle etc.

I have booked on 14.06.2017 for a journey from chennai to renigunta and entered all the required details and the bank details for payment. After making the payment the indian railways says transaction failed but the amount from my account has been debited. I once again tryed for booking on 15.06.2017 and i have got the same reply and once again my money has been debited.

now, my question to indian railways is that you are not able to provide proper service for online booking and simply debiting people money without providing the service is not good and the people feel cheated by you because the money of the customer is being blocked and you will take 2 to 3 days to refund the same. A common man may need that money to travel but you are depriving the common man to travel by keeping his money with you for no reason at all for 2 to 3 days. It should be refunded immediately the moment the transaction failed and more over you people are not supposed to debit the amount if no ticket is available. It is a money racket to debit the account of the people.

Unhappy with product they are selling & their support.

They don’t have mechanism to test fault. I complaint that phone is heating .
They repeated tested battery temperature & said no heat.

1. They don’t have mechanism to test entire phone.
2. They try to postponed all customer queries .

Not understanding customer query, simply speak policy, Like that only .

Flipkart will soon fall. Worst store flipkart.

Complaint Details:
The Vodafone company charged​ a bill of 37714 rupees without informing us for international roaming. They also mentally harassed me. They also blocked my network and outgoing calls through which l lossed my many businesses communication. Now they are forcing me to pay the bill and threatening me that they will put a case on me if I don’t pay the bill. They also charged the bill beyond the limit of the bill.

I have and Tikona account with ID 1117366114 for which i have raised a request to disconnect the account on 8th Feb’16 via my registered email id.

But these cheaters kept my account open by keeping me trapped in different offers which i have completely rejected time to time.

Even after several phone reminders they have not closed my account but in return they have sent me a legal notice for payment.

I have not used Tikona services from 8th Feb onwards still they are charging me Rs 2366, which i have also paid today just because i dont want these cheaters to be at my place and i have faith in Indian Judicial system.

I am trying to call the customer care since morning but none of the number is working on ur site. I have place an order where i havent received any update about the product such as order id and all but the amount got dedicted from my account as i was making the payment online. please resolve my issue as soon as possible or else i will place an order on COD and i will not make the payment as well as i will keep the product with me, mark my words..
I attached the screen shot of my account statement where my amount got deducted of 521/-Rs. Kindly look into that. I dont want to create a issue.
