The provident fund payment for the tenure of my employment starting October 27, 2014 (Date of Joining) to July 31, 2015 (Date of Relieving) is not reflected on the EPF Portal.

I have given the UAN number and had all the formalities, but its been approx. 2 years and yet the payment of the Provident Fund Amount is not made.

Scam or fraud: Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Conductors refusing to accept 10 rupee coins

Complaint Details:
I would like to lodge a complaint against coductors working with TNSTC for not accepting 10 rupee coins. While travelling in a state owned bus (TNSTC) on 18.06.2017, a conductor returned the coin to me and told he won’t accept 10 rupee coin. Even some times they are yelling at passengers who is giving the coin. Can some one help to understand what is the issue with TNSTC and 10 rupee coins?

Complaint Details:
I have been complaining for a washing machine not letting water out for 2 weeks then a engineer came a day and took it for repair after which it came back after 2 days.
The very next hour I got a phone call to give feedback right that time, and they made me to do so by calling after every few minutes till they did not get the confirmation at their end.
The second day itself the machine stopped working and from then I am having multiple references of complaint but of no use.It has been a month the washing machine is stinking with the water it used to wash but no one came.

A lot variation in the product color and quality comparing with the image shown in the site. Very poor quality. At the same time I didn’t receive the exact product shown the site. The product varies in so many measure.
I would like to return my product. But here the return policy is not good at the same time there is no option to return the product and the phone numbers shown in the site not working at and getting that always busy.
Please help us to return the product.

“Caller was a Guy VIJAY SHARMA and said he is calling from HDFC Credit card department”

Fraud transaction on my Andhra bank debit card: Merchant is Idea money
On date 20/06/2017 @ 02:39 PM first transaction of 5000/- Rs at IDEA MONEY.

Kindly request you to immediately block this account and revert back the all the credit card transaction.

Request you to credit the amount to my Andhra bank card.

Complaint Details:
I have purchased Kent RO Superb yesterday, am very unhappy with the product and the services provided, after getting my product I kept on calling service boy to visit and install my product which kept on getting delayed eventually late evening he came, however very irresponsive on questions. Once installed machine was displaying high impurities on asking him, I did not get any response also strangely they do not connect the machine to the tap, you have to arrange for a plumber yourself or pay them 450 to get it done. Strange, how is machine going to work incase it does not get connected to the tap, since I was using Aqua guard earlier they just connected it to the same line and avoided doing efforts. Since I refused to sign that installation is complete I got a call next day from another person who kept on arguing that you have to get it done yourself. Am very disappointed with KENT on the very first day, the kind of services I got on buying the most expensive option available…Now machine cant work till I arrange for a plumber on my own secondly faulty machine which is not even producing clear water. first person who came in was Lal 07290045926 and second who never turned up is Neeraj 08588882861

Complaint Details:
I had booked my travel ticket through Makemytrip.com. I purchased flight tickets from Rajahmundry to New Delhi i.e. through Spicejet (SG-1602) from Rajahmundry to Hyderabad and connecting flight Air India (AI-541) from Hyderabad to New Delhi for 16.06.2017 vide Booking ID NF 72929102574366. The timing of Spicejet at Rajahmundry was 11.50 (11.50 hrs.to 12.55 hrs) and Air India at Hyderabad was 16.15 hrs (16.15 hrs to 18.25 hrs) with a layover at HYD for 3 hrs 20 mins. But due to some technical issue, the Spicejet airline got delayed as it took off from Rajahmundry at 14.15 hrs and landed at Hyderabad Airport at around 15.20 hrs. I got down and collected my baggage and went to Air India counter for collecting my boarding pass to New Delhi. I was informed by the Air India authorities that the counter has been closed and had to book ticket for another flight. When I connected the Spicejet officers at Hyderabad their response was very undesirable. They didn’t even take the pain to listen to my grievance and simply told to book another flight. Since this was the peak season, the fare was also very exorbitant and with no option left, I had to book another flight of Air India which was at 20.55 hrs. at Hyderabad.
In view of the above, it is requested to guide me as to how can I get the extra amount I spent for purchasing the tickets.

they dont answer to calls at the time of refund and this is really not done and while making the payment they give us 100 calls this is really frustrating for consumers i have asked for refund yet no reply received the person who was in contact with me her name is brindha ( 9042270222) i kindly request you to please take action on the same as fast as possible i have tried to call many times but no answer if you need any details please let me know but i need the refund this is fraud company also i advice do not invest with these people nor their services are of any use i kindly request you to take strict action so that no one faces this situation hope so there is action taken or is the same the same waste of time for consumers

Soon a petition will be filed that “ PANASONIC PRODUCTS WILL BE BAN IN INDIA TO SAVE THE MONEY and TIME BOTH OF INDIA’S CONSUMERS”.

Following discrepancies have been found in the service of PANASONIC company :-

1. REFILLING OF Air conditioner GAS DONE BY PANASONIC STAFF ON SITE :-

a) Why Panasonic Staff attended the complaint on the behalf of DG CARE?
b) Why Panasonic Staff not completed/follow the criteria of refilling the gas at that time, like checking of leakage etc. through other necessary process in the service centre ?
c) Neither any supporting documents nor any entry done of gas refilling in system by Panasonic Staff, charges already paid by DG CARE to Panasonic on our behalf ?
d) Due to irresponsible and negligence in the service of PANASONIC STAFF, now GAS AGAIN LEAKAGE at the beginning of the season ?

So, in the view of all the above, either EITHER REPLACEMENT OF MANUFACTURING DEFECTIVE PIECE OR REPAIR THE FAULT AT YOUR END WITHOUT ANY COST/CHARGES, OTHERWISE I WILL COMPELLED TO FORWARD THIS MATTER TO PRESIDENT OF PANASONIC & higher authorities, CONSUMER COURT AND MEDIA FOR VINDICATION OF MY RIGHT.
