Complaint Details:
Soon a petition will be filed that “ PANASONIC PRODUCTS WILL BE BAN IN INDIA TO SAVE THE MONEY and TIME BOTH OF INDIA’S CONSUMERS”.
Following discrepancies have been found in the service of PANASONIC company :-
1. REFILLING OF Air conditioner GAS DONE BY PANASONIC STAFF ON SITE :-
a) Why Panasonic Staff attended the complaint on the behalf of DG CARE?
b) Why Panasonic Staff not completed/follow the criteria of refilling the gas at that time, like checking of leakage etc. through other necessary process in the service centre ?
c) Neither any supporting documents nor any entry done of gas refilling in system by Panasonic Staff, charges already paid by DG CARE to Panasonic on our behalf ?
d) Due to irresponsible and negligence in the service of PANASONIC STAFF, now GAS AGAIN LEAKAGE at the beginning of the season ?
So, in the view of all the above, either EITHER REPLACEMENT OF MANUFACTURING DEFECTIVE PIECE OR REPAIR THE FAULT AT YOUR END WITHOUT ANY COST/CHARGES, OTHERWISE I WILL COMPELLED TO FORWARD THIS MATTER TO PRESIDENT OF PANASONIC & higher authorities, CONSUMER COURT AND MEDIA FOR VINDICATION OF MY RIGHT.
