Dear Sir/Madam
I am distributor of eprs buysmart distributor code EZ02665 from last 4-5 year. I had rs 46075/-balance in my account (In my portel balance-16515/- and 29560/- balance in my delear till day), there is message of “insufficient amount balance in id”. My all retailers account ‘s balance are also same problem, they also couldn’t use their balance. After it i contacted with buysmart’s sales executive there are no proper answer. So how to release my balance.
this balance blocked by buysmart. executive speak you add new money, i have given 10% from old balance but its not given..
so please help me and my dealer.

As per the assurance from Airtel marketing Executive, i change my mobile service from Idea Network to Airtel Network 16-06-2017 against Mobile No. 9490167518. But unfortunately, no network is BHEL Campus, Ramachandra Puram Hyderabad-502032.
AIRTEL NETWORK MUST BE THERE IN PRIME AREA LIKE BHEL HYDERABD-32. We are company executives and mobile network must be needed for me.

So, AIRTEL NETWORKS Hyderabad is requested to do needful for immediate network service in this area.

Hi,

I made a order of HP printer on June 12th 2017, even after 10 days i have not received any message from Hp. When contacted they say we ll inform you later and next time when we try reaching it goes in waiting and cal gets disconnected.
When contacted via mail no response.
There is no other way to contact them and not able to know the status of the order.
Have never experienced such a worst costumer service.

Sir, me and my wife have booked a plot of our choice in sec-23 vatika central in ambala city in year 2010.We paid all the installments as reqd by the company time to time against that particular plot.
1)the company didn’t offered possession in 2013 as promised
2)the company now sent us a letter that our plot no. Has been changed without our consent
The company cheated us both mentally and economically.

Scam or fraud: Philips India — Poor Service

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I had bought philips TV from Snapdeal on Apr 14, 2014. In May 2017, there was a display issue. I launched a complaint on May 14.
My reference no. is THA1405170180.
On May 18, Kailash came for service. He identified that the issue was with the motherboard and he would raise a request for new motherboard.
On May 26, Jamaludin came with a motherboard. However, after replacing this part, the display was faulty.
On May 30, it was communicated that this motherboard is no longer available with Philips company.
On Jun 10, an executive visited our place. He said, Philips is ready to give replacement TV. They will evaluate this faulty TV and let us know how much they can offer in replacement. He took photographs of the faultyTV.
On Jun 13, an executive called me asking for the original Invoice. Provided him the copy of the same. Also, I have attached the Invoice copy here as well.
On Jun 16, an executive called to inform that if we are ready to pay 19000rs, we will get a new TV as replacement.
I asked him for details, which TV, how many inches, LED or LCD. He kept on asking me are you ready to pay 19000rs.
I asked him to send me either an email offering me the same option or send me a letter on Philips letter head.
Till date, have not heard anything ahead.
It is more than a month now.
How do Philips expect me to buy a new TV, because a 3 year old part is not available with them.
How frequently does one buy a TV ? What kind of service do they provide ?
Is this a way a customer is treated ?

Fraud company . I came to know about a company called bringle academy . They took services from us when we provided them all the services they refused us to make the payment for the services that we made. I would suggest all the vendors not to work with this company they will only waste your time and money and ran away without making the payment. Although i have heared so many complaints when i was working with them

Pls provide bus route &frequency of buses from kadubeesanahalli to varthur via panathur.. its a 5 kms stretch, soo many apartments and yet no proper commutence. have to have a own vehicle to go through that route. no auto facility too.. Going via varthur kodi / marathalli is too round about. I have seen 1 bus coming thru that route but very very rarely.. not frequent. not sure if its on daily basis too.. kindly provide bus facility n help.. thanks in advance.
