Respected Mayor Kochin.
I am residing in Elamakara perandoor road, Thannikal Avenue we are facing a big problem in disposing our waste for the past 1 week, the kudumbha shree lady has not come to collect the waste carbage .there are about 10 houses in this avenue.in spite of informing our area counclier, so far no action has been taken.Please do the needfull its very urgent Madam.

Scam or fraud: Indusind Bank — Credit Card Cancellation – Not Possible

Complaint Details:
Terrible customer service with a phone line that either puts me on hold for 10 minus or is impossible to get through. They ask you to use the online services but it doesn’t have even a simple functionality of allowing me to cancel their useless credit card, which is supposed to be Platinum, no less.

Additionally, they promised to not levy any joining fees and now I see a charge of 900 against my card. Their website is terrible and I have no clue how much I need to pay to clear my balance.

I’m sticking with ICICI Bank. Word of advice – stay away from IndusInd

I have been trying to pay the bill online but there is always failure of the transaction of payment .saying the ” Sorry and try again ”
This happened continue months together .
Today I again tried to pay online for invoice no.10029134230092 dt. 02/06/2017for Rs. 1265/= but as usual the transaction failed. the ref. is …FCDR2206174374192 and it happened at their own portal site. ! !!

I have make order of Coolpad A8 on 03 June 17 but i have received empty box on 06 June 17, I immediately lodge a complain with your executive and he has assured me that the problem has been resolved before 19 June, I repeteadly call your executive for early action on it as i have pay the payment in advance, the assure about the early action but no action has been taken on or before 19 June. Then I have received a massage on 19 june that we will resolve your problem on 20th June, Then again i have make call to your exicutive on 20 th june and he assure that today itself we will resolve your problem and refund your payment. but till today no action has been taken.

Please Help…

I am Siddhartha Roy . I had sent a parcel through dtdc courier on 14th June 2015. That parcel was sent to ‘merchant returns unit no 1, Khewat/Khata No: 373/400 Mustatil No. 31, Village Taoru, Tehsil Taoru, District Mewat. On Bilaspur – Taoru Road, Mewat, H R 122105’. Tracking no: D34935475 . This has reached Dharuhera in the 19th june 2017. Why it has not reached the delivery poin? In accordance to my information Taoru is situated very near to Dharuhera. It is at the 30 minitues distance . it is urgent please take necessary action.

5 Times complained Nos.4236441112, 4236718075, 4237322362, 4238021376, 4238690130. dt14.5.17, 18.5, 26.5, 6.6, 15.7.17 respectively to there call center Every time People came from there service station at Baroda.but could not repair my AC instead created another problem in it charged Rs.1100/- including service charges, spare parts, and cartage.
The complain was AC starts normal after cooling for 10 mts. the compressor stops and it again starts after 20 or25 mts. by the time room become hot again this cycle continues. and this complain still persist.

In ward 55 only there is another problem form house number 128/760 till vegetable market K block plz resolve it ..

There is one more problem in ward 55 that is from House number 128/130 Y block to 128/120 sewage problem … It is present is the road behind alankar guest house plz resolve it ..

I have sent 4 mails to customer care for return and refund of the amount which i paid on COD. But no update from them. Also the contact number shared on website are fake. No one attends the call. Complete website is fake.

I became victim of fraud dealer. I placed on online order for Redmi Note 4 (Gold, 64 GB) (4 GB RAM), order reference -ADBMOBWOX, Invoice date: 19.06.2017 and Order date 19.06.2017 with Deals Market. The payment of Rs. 11049.15 was made by my bank of India Debit Card. I even received Invoice

I have been trying to track my order there is no proper option and also been trying to contact over the phone number : 08039515000, from last two days and I get the message “The operators are busy”.

As per the letter dated 19.06.2017 received from your firm, it says my order will be delivered within 5 t 7 days. Even there is no tracking mechanism as well by which we can track our order.
