Dear Sir,

Its my second complaint against quikr as per the details copied bellow..
They just respond sorry for inconvenience and pay back the amount paid to them against the product purchased, after a week or so.
Why buyer should be penalized?

I just have received phone call from yr representative PRATIMA, that buyer have not accepted the offer against above advertisement. I have paid the full amount of offer along with the convenience charges and now u r saying deal is cancelled. What the hell is going on. U should not have said yes to offer and should not have accepted the payment in this case.
The same case is happened last time as per trailing mail and I have stuck up with the whole payment for a week. Now the same thing is repeating.
Pl compensate the balance payment from yr end with buyer and send me the product urgetly.

Respected sir. I am working in cs/vlcy as a sr.tech and staying in railway quartets, velachery. Sir we are not having sufficient water . Iow peoples are giving water for two days ones. It is very difficult to maintain family. There is no facility for storing the water in inside the home. Iow peoples are playing game. Here for guarding purpose 1000s of litters water are wasting. They are giving preference for garden not for quartets. Please take necessary action immediately as early as possible. Thank u sir.

My suggestion to everyone who is thinking of opting their services is do not fall prey to this fraud people.

I paid 28000 to this company for receiving Stock Market Tips.
There Tips started failing and I asked for refund, they said its not our policy and after they stopped giving remaining tips.

I daily pray that this company and its people should suffer very badly some day soon…!

I have Renault Duster vehicle Registration Number UP32 GC 8879.
On 15th of June 2017, I went to Renault work shop located near Bitauli, Lucknow there they kept my vehicle for 5 days but they were not even able to tell what was wrong with my car. They handed my vehicle on 20th back to me as they were not even able to let me know what happened to the ac.
After that I took my car to Renault workshop located at Faizabad road, Lucknow there they were not even able to give me a valid explanation and told me that the whole AC setup is to be changed and charged a huge amount for the same that Amounts to Rs.54000.

My concern is if they were not even able to find the fault then why they unreasonably charged the same from my pocket.

I wanted Redmi note 4 phone and buy it from truecomsellet asit was listed on site but my pin code which is 560037 was out of the delivery coverage area. when I contacted your customer care to request to arrange the delivery of that phone to my area I was given a number to talk directly to saying it was your seller’s number and if he wished he might send phone to any address. When I contacted your seller through whats app (number provided by you) I was instructed to make direct payment to an account (detail of which is mentioned below) There was no reason why I should have doubted him because that seller was listed on your website and hence paid him Rs 25998 on 27/1/17 . After receiving payment your seller assured me that he would be dispatching that product to me on 4/02/17 on 4/2/17 he showed his inability and requested me to wait till 8/2/17
I asked to cancel the order and they told me to wait for 15 days. even after asking so many times there is no respose on the refund status but now he is not responding and even the messages are also not delivering. Now when I checked I observed that he and

Scam or fraud: Reliance Communications — Reliance Communications Very worst service in Outlet /Customer care for Circle and Plan Change

Hi Team,

This is Santosh Kumar very old customer of “Reliance Communications” from 2014 with number 9020833344. Now I feel this company and there employee are just bluffing, giving wrong information, wasting customer time. I have decided to close this number very soon. But before that company have to know why there customers are leaving there services.

Issue: – On 10th June 2017 I visited one of reliance outlet in Chennai (Adyar World, Kasturibai Nagar, Near Ambika Applam Dipo Store, Chennai – 600020). To change my existing plan from RG_Freepaid396 to 299 Plan. Outlet employee (two women) advised me this is not possible as this number issued in Trivandrum (Kerala) and you want to change the plan in Chennai (Tamil Nadu).

They advise me again, first change your circle from Kerala to Tamil Nadu then only your plan we can change for that on above outlet I submitted my Passport Xerox with Photo and filled the form. On form they mention for 299 plan need to activate once circle change. These all formalities I done on 10th June 2017 and they provided me new sim and charged Rs 25/- for that. On 17th June 2017 my old sim deactivated so I put new sim and done tele verification and activated. Now after 14 day still my circle and plan not yet changed. When I called customer care they hold me more than 50 mint three times and get to resolution like we have not yet received any document from above outlet for your request. They again escalated as per my request this issue but yet not resolved.

Customer Care advised me why not I visit that outlet again as only that outlet give me resolution. So sir, that outlet is almost 35 Km far from my office and home. so If I already submitted my document once then why customer suffer the problem. If your employee are not doing their job properly then why customer pay the bill. I called many times to Customer Care in 14 days but no solution. This is too much its very worst service I used. I will never use reliance services in future.

“Reliance Communications” have un professional employee, they are just wasting customer time to put on hold more then 50 mint. Better to take same service from other service provider.

Thanks
