Complaint Details:
After only couple fo days into using of Voltas 3.5 ton split AC, the AC has stopped working. On sumitting a complaint at Customer Care it was assured that repair will be carried out in 24 hours. However, even after lapse of 3 days no action has been taken and same reply is given. This is very uncomforting services from Voltas. I shall put a very negative review on the site and e-marketing sites. Please do expedite the process.

The road where Wipro ends, from there till Thogur crossing the road is broken at multiple places. On both side of the road illegal parking and illegal shops have come up which blocks the traffic on the already broken road. Office time traffic is very painful. Traffic policemen just are observers there as they simply stand and collect fine for No helmet. But they do nothing about the condition of the road or the illegal establishments and parking.

This is to bring to your notice that on 17th June, you internet service provider came and rectified the internet, yesterday i.e. 23rd June, onwards against stop working.

On 24th June, Mr. Surendra Yadav, Internet Service Provider called and told me that he will come and rectify the same. Then later on, he called and informed that, he will not visit for the unknown reasons.

After 1 hour, he came along with one of his colleague, and Mr. Surendra teaching him / providing him all the knowledge about tikona internet connection/digicom. I think you should send the executive who has complete knowledge about internet connection. The person came with him is not a technical guy, and you are sending an unauthorized executives at our residence which is of high risk to our life.

I hereby request you to kindly refund an amount of Rs. 1800/- at your earliest, otherwise no further payment will be made till the internet not rectified.

This is the 4 month, the internet is not working at my residence, and no action has been taken from your side till date. This is the height now, I hereby request you to kindly remove your internet connection at the earliest.

We have booked three tickets from New Delhi ti Shimla by welcome bus services on 13-05-2017 by paying Rs 3240/- vide order No 3228624143. The ticket ID is OPR 28A. The debit card No is 6074 3100 0874 1911 valid upto 03/21. Unfortunately the service was cancelled by the operator and says that the amount is credited to you.
I have already lodged a complaint with you and gave reminders also with regard to refund. So far I did not received the amount from you.
Please extend your support and arrange a solution to receive the same

When I checked him he stated that your claim is not possible and they have denied due to the following reasons.

Complaint Details:
I have purchased a genius bag of Genie range of Rs. 1300/- from MONTU LEATHER HOUSE at Lajpat nagar on 15.05.17. Within the stra of bag started tearing, as it is a branded bag it should not be happened with that . I have returned that bag to the shop on 29.05.17. That person is saying someone will come from company only then we will do the needful action, it is about one month and now he is not even receiving the call. I have even contact in company they were saying you will receive a call from concerned person within a day or so but nothing had happened.
Please do the needful i m in urgent need of bag .
