Complaint Details:
I have purchased SAMSUNG 40″ LED TV 40J5200 from SHOPCLUES.COM on OCTOBER ( Order No- 102518487), i received it on nov. 21st ( 7 months running ) but from yesterday( 28.06.2017 )it is out of order, I have raised complain in Shopclues.com but they are not doing job properly and my TV is under 1 year warranty period,
So please help me to solve this problem and recover it.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have been contact Axis bank for my complaint against my cheque issue. I have deposited my Cheque in Axis Bank sector 16 Branch on 17th June but yet it is not credited into my account. When i called to customer care they said there is no cheque under clearance nor they are providing any information.

Please help me as this is not the first time i am facing issues from Axis bank.

I got my results from vtu at the last moment when the next sem exam was not 20 days away. And I found out that I had a back…

I applied for revaluation and photocopy. And got the photocopy checked by a teacher who teaches the subject. She said that I had scored above the passing marks and will definitely pass in that subject. But when the vtu revaluation results came out, they failed me again. They had done blunders in the initial evaluation and now again they failed me. Please help me, my scholarship is at stake…

I had taken ola cab from sahakar nagar to mysore circle. cab no. is KA-52, A 2026 and driver name V chandan his mobile no. 9743123147. I left my iphone 5 in cab itself. after getting down from the cab, I realised that i left my phone in the cab itself and immediately i called the driver on his mobile. his mobile was switched off. I called my mobile. it rang twice and after that got switched off. I called ola support complaining about their driver but the CRM instead of helping the customer and lodging their complaint they asked me to keep trying with the driver itself and they cannot do anything regarding this. the driver has switched off his mobile and it is not in service even after 5 days of the incident. I am really disspointed with the ola service as i know the thief and still ola is not helping me in catching hold of the driver. How can ola keep such thieves without cross verifying their back ground??

I had bought IFB washing machine and water is leaking from the bottom of the machine. Their technician visited and said that a pipe has to be installed and it has been almost a month and they keep on saying the spare part will arrive tomorrow and tomorrow but their tomorrow never came. They said that they discontinued the model but also they discontinued the service? They have the worst service than any other company I had ever seen.

Respected sir, I was travelling towards chennai after a pooja in vellore, with my wife, son (12), mother(75), on saturday(24.6.17)near Thiruverkadu around 1PM, we had met with an accident(mild damage only) and radiator problem because of that vehicle did not move.called the toll free no. They said will look into it, and send a vehicle to pick up the family passengers and send a tow vehicle to pick the breakdown vehicle. But nobody came or can be contacted after that. We were in midst of the road, with my aged mother, inside the car for 2-3 hrs in the sun.They did not even send any passenger pick up vehicle to pick up inspiting of telling them, she is old and cannot walk
Then when i could reach them by phone, they said will come in another 45mins. Then my family took a private taxi and left to house.The company person towed the vehicle around 5.30PM.
Now insurance person also the car and other formalities done, only minor problem with AC, radiator and head light, they are saying it will take another 1 week to deliver vehicle.
The after sales service provided by the company is very poor.
Executives. Its been problem from day 1 of car booking and delivery. After i took delivery also AC was not working properly.
The Service of Renault is very unsatisfying, how could we refer to others to buy renault cars.
Please look into this regard and help me to get my vehicle, bcoz of this I’m not able to go around my business.

From September 2014 to till date I have made transaction worth of Rs. 15 lakhs .Every time Dealsothon promised car and sought money in the name of security deposit and send useless products.Recently they said the contest would be held on 25-5-2017, but there is no information regarding that.I would like to know about the contest and status of mine in the cotest.
