I don’t know how your esteemed company can do this..
You barred my incoming calls since 1 week telling submit adhar card (No one can call me as they get busy ton & i am not able to get it)… Ok acceptable… But when i went to vodafone gallery they informed that my number, which i am using from last 7 years… Is not on my name… Its too shocking…
(I had personally given verification for this number in 2010 & submitted my documents to start vodafone. Also again i think in 2013 or 14 you asked to submit kyc documents in vodafone gallery because you asked it from everyone).
Since 2010 till may 2017 i am only the person who is talking, receiving calls from this number. So how my number could go on others name… Where is that all previous data about my callings my recharges.. You can check that all done by me, you can verify that from me… Please explain first why do i fight for the number which is only mine…
Your executive at gallery & customer care on phone failed to give me solution… Is this a solution which you are suggesting that… To port my number from prepaid to post paid?? This is completely not acceptable…
In postpaid plans, your 1st executive was suggesting rs 300 plan… When i refused for high price he told vodafone is offering rs 149 plan… & if i agree to get 149 monthly rental postpaid plan they will do it immediately… My number will get book on my name/address again & also it will start immediately… Ha ha..
If you people can do my number in postpaid on my name, then why not on prepaid???
I am retired 63 years old & i have linked this number for almost all wherever required.. Like my pension bank, adhar card, etc…
I know my regular monthly 50 rs recharge is not fulfilling your business & due to which you did this to get more money from me…
This is not the way to behave with customers… I need your kind help..
