Complaint Details:
This is to bring to your notice that the two representatives Mr. George Hiwale & Mr. Pandurang appointed at the Thane waghle estate branch of yours is terrible to deal with. Their arrogance & rude nature is what a customer would never want.

My Datsun Vehicle that is just 3months old now was sent for servicing to the above service centre with a problem of leakage of rain water from all windows of the vehicle. At the first instance Mr. Pandurang mentioned that the water seepage is happening because of the carrier that has been installed & the same has to be removed. Then when I spoke to Mr. George Hiwale (GM) from the same service centre he said that due to the carrier the doors have bent slightly due to which this seepage is happening.

I then asked a solution for this & Mr. Pandurang clearly said that I do not have any solution to this issue.. ‘Now this is pathetic!!!’ How can a General Manager at that post simply say that he does not have a solution to the issue with the car. He said that I only am aware of my part of job & this is not his part of job. I then got furious & asked him that even if we remove this carrier will the seepage continue? Then he said no, it will stop then.

That was the exact solution that I needed.

I have an Ertiga & Celerio vehicle from Maruti & both of these have carriers installed on it. Prior to this also we had different vehicles, carriers were never a problem.
How can only Datsun vehicle have a problem with a carrier ???? Just because this was not a company fitted carrier??

Sat day, 01/07/17, we have ordered food for dinner from Lazeez through Swiggy. We have ordered 5 packets of Mutton Biriyani (Rs 1175). We got totally rotten biriyani. Its smelly and rice was extremely sticky.

Our whole dinner got spoiled and also we have observed some health issues after having the little portion of the food. The time was, 12pm so we cant contact swiggy at that time. We have suffered a lot and its very much embarrassing in front of guests. Children was there, and we were not able to give any online order at that time.

I want some serious action on that. It is totally unacceptable and I will not buy any excuses on this rotten type of food.

i ordered three kurtas for1078 and i paid online for them..i was charged 1078 and my account was debited of 1078..but transaction details were sent n no order was placed..just one notification came…later on an order was placed when i talked to customer care n i got this order id…today delivery boy asked me to pay for them…i rechecked n my account has been debited of 1078…plzz either refund my money (which i paid on 30.06.17 by debit card) or dont ask for cash on delivery…i should not pay twice for the same products…plzz look into the matter…we trust limeroad n we hope this matter would be sorted out n i will get y money back. also customer care no is not available..we face a lot of problems due to this.

Hi, I see Blue Dart is not providing services as per expectations and screwing the public with irresponsible behaviour employees. I was expecting delivery from Blue Dart from past week and the delivery area address is shown in tracking as not reachable area. I didn’t get any information from Blue Dart and no one contacted me with the info. Then I checked delivery status and got to know it is not able to deliver contacted customer care people twice and they then said we don’t have service for this address. It is minimum responsibility of the blue dart to let customers know the status. After calling thrice they are saying it will be delivered today/tomorrow and replying arrogantly no we will not deliver if you want come to office and take it. Is this the way you provide service to people remind you are getting paid for the service its not free. Because of the judicial system you guys are behaving in your own sense and don’t care about business ethics. Very pathetic service with this kind of services we India are lacking in the business after paying more and more taxes something to be implemented with strong rules before government ask for taxes from people like GST.

I had requested Re-NOC of 2wheeler to Muthoot Alappuzha Kaithavana branch.Iam ready to pay the fine amount.But a staff(Sandhya S Nair), she is irresponssible and behave very badly.She is refused my request and Her managers request.She is relaxing there, I am not found she is not do any work.A staff like this, their attittude depends on your goodwill.

Since year 2002-03, i have purchased this property and living there and but still there is name of tenant is enter in my property, i have tried by submitting documents physically to VMC office for evidence as well requesting to check practically by two times and also one line complaint submitted but nothing is progressed. i am paying additional house tax because of unresolved complaint.

Dear Sir, Mam, We gave our furniture work to “PNS Enterprises” in PCMC. We have paid full payment of Rs 60000 in advance as asked. I will also share bank statement of transferred amount. After half work done they asked for for more money and now they did not complete my work. They are not not responding to calls and even messages. Its look like a fraud.

I received call from 09266605567 on 07 th may 2017, this company Genesis Mart called me and told that they are calling from hdfc bank credit card and they are sending me gifts packs & offers like discount deals cards etc etc so to activate the same, to get and activate the offers, they asked me to make payment and you will pay the money with the IVR and 8250 amount got deducted from my credit card. this is totally a blunt cheat. Please help me get my money back and put these people behind the bars.
