I purchased Swipe Elite Plus from Flipkart on August 2016. Recently in the month of May the display of the mobile stopped working. I gave it in the customer care service and it has been now nearly 40 days there is no information from them about my mobile phone. Every time I call the customer care, the representative says a new date and then keeps the phone. This is so irritating that even aftr a month they are still behaving in the same manner. I would say this is the worst customer care the I have ever seen.

Hello,
I am writing this complaint after huge round of discussion and arguments held with your surat, vesu dealer “Kataria automobile”.
I gave my swift vxi petrol vehicle for one main problem that the car was taking around 3-4 self to start. This behaviour is not uniform means some time it takes 3-4 self in morning most of the time after running couple of kms.
I envolved kataria workshop manager mr. Jay prakash from starting of the troubleshooting.
Initially norrmal servicing along with relay checking, spark plug changing, air filter change, tappet setting was suggested to me. I agreeed. Bill came around 7000.00rs.
I took the vehicle and found that the problem was not resolved.
I gave the vehicle again.
After discussion and detail evalutaion from dealer they came to me with a solution that we need to go for complete head overhaulibg including replacement of valves and relapping on lathe etc.
It was garanteed to me by mr. Jay praksh (workshop manager of kataria automobile vesu surat) that the problem will be resolved. And if not they take garantee.
They asked estimate woukd be around 16000-18000 rs.
I permitted again. And paid the bill and took the vehicle.
Only the next day itself i noticed that the problem is at is. Not even 1% improvement.
I again gave the vehicle.
Firstly it is very shameful on their part that they could not solve it in so many attempts. Apart from that the manager do not have that much curtsy to accept the same amd go for solution directly now without thinking if making money.. Instead of that now again thay are coming with one more option fo changing electrical coils.
I have clearly said i will not pay even a single pie to them and they have to solve it by any means.
I cant afford to pay them which is working like a training centre or working on trail and error methodology..
I once again request you to kindly resolve the matter without any discussion.

Hi Team,

From past two months i have noticed that all of a sudden a big amount of balance is being deducted from this phone : 945142898.

I have ignored it last month, but again yesterday it got deducted.

Earlier when this happened, i was told that i made international call.

Here again i would like to know the reason for which my balance was deducted. I have tariff recharged on this number, so i don’t think that call charges would be so high that you deduct 100rs for the call.

Also, i have not made nay international calls. Kindly provide an justification for the same.

Also, the customer care number is not reachable, so i expect a quick response on the my query.

Hi i wish to inform that i have purchased hindustan Unilever pureit Marvella ro plus uv last year june 2016.
Gk1 kit replaced in june 2017.
15 days after warranty the PCB not working.
The technician asking 3200 for replacement.
Why do you put such inferior quality of PCB.
The website is full of complaint s regarding faulty PCB.
Please verify and change the PCB immediately.

Scam or fraud: Gmail — Accessing My Account

I would just like to enquire how it is possible for gmail to be this incompetent with logging in. I don’t have my phone with me, I’ve chosen that option and yet they keep sending me on the SAME loop to log into my account. Surely there are other options for logging in apart from using my phone? When I use recovery email there is nowhere for me to put in the code they’ve sent me. I am highly frustrated, please fix this because this is a lot of effort just to log into my email account.

What does it mean by first copy redmi note, i ordered 4 first copy mobile and balance with shipping charge 2749/rs also deducted from my pnb account. But i have not got any sms or confirmation msg from your side. Its really bad. Sent me the product or repay my balance into my account.

Hi ! This is to inform you that i have just received my order No.100689368 of a black n pink poly silk saree cost of which was charged at 1794/- including shipping charges. And i am very very disappointed when i opened my delivery and what was inside ! Surely this was not what i had ordered ! The very colour is different black looking like grey and the pink was NOT the pink shown in the picture.!

Also i understand on being queried the blouse was supposed to be BLACK, but another totally different colour of PINK material is inside which is sent as blouse piece !!

How can you people do this and make he public fools !! Shame on you India Rush ! Yours is definitely a FAKE company. Tried contacting customer care on the given # but made to hold indefinitely with no response.

And then to be informed, on contacting you by email, that i need to send back the order untampered, submit my courier receipt and then you people will EXCHANGE my purchase NOT refund my cash ! Down right cheats !

Never ever again to place another order on you !

I was booking railway ticket online, while clicking on pay button my amount of rs. 3550 got debited from ICICI account but in irctc site it is showing as failed transaction. As got response from irctc that it is a failed transaction so you will have to contact bank for the refund.
Please help. I was booking ticket on 23rd june, 2017 and till date i have not received my amount.

I have given my phone to your Authorized Service Center for Repairing. They said to come after 10 days from the date of giving my mobile for repairing. After 10 days I went, They said the spare parts didn’t arrive. And they also said that they cannot give a estimated time for repairing.. Please check it and Give my phone repaired as soon as possible. I also have work with my phone.

I want my phone quick with repaired. I hope you understand my point. What is your Company doing? After 10 days also you are not doing the work? Whats wrong with you?
