Complaint Details:
My two Cheque leaves are missing. The leaf is signed and now it is not available. The leaf number ranges from 078121 – 078124. In this 2 are processed already and other 2 are lost. I am not sure with the number of the cheque that was lost. But it lies between the above mentioned numbers. Kindly do not process any of the cheque with my account number.

Scam or fraud: Max Life Insurance — Regarding My Money Return

I have filled partial application on 18/06/2017. I have paid the amount for 85 lacs term insurence and 25 lacs for accidental coverage. I have paid online Rs.20383.
After that system shows some different/wrong values for the eQuote (eQuote No. ORSX1808). It is showing the coverage around 45 lacs and premium some Rs. 11500. Also it is showing my annual salary Rs. 4 lacs instead of Rs. 14 lac 30 thousand.

I have send more than 28 mails to Maxlife customer care and they told they will revert but no action has been taken. (I can provide details of all mail communications)

I have called more than 60 times to Maxlife customer care they also confirmed the receipt of the payment but were not aware what to do in this case.

Worst experience is that they are even disconnecting my calls now.

I even remembered many names of Maxlife customer care persons.

After this experience I dont want to continue with max. So please help me to get my money back so that I can get insurence from proper provider.

I deeply regret to state that the Landline Connection 42061116 (Airtel) was not working properly and was out of order between 04-18 June 2017 and 27-30 June 2017 – almost 18 days. If this is the service Airtel provides and claim for the bill payment, I am totally upset with your organisation and the services rendered by you. Due to your inefficient staff in solving the problem quickly I had made a claim for the financial loss @ Rs.2000/- per day for the non-working days of your telephone and internet services. Therefore you pay me the compensation or allow me to proceed further with TRAI to claim the same from your end.

Dear Dir,

My name Ravendra Patel, resident is 203A, Krishna Avenue Phase 1, Limbodi, Khandwa road, Indore. Electricity consumer/ivrs no : 9184997755

My current month (June 2017) bill amount is Rs. 2800. Last month (May 2017) bill amount is Rs. 1980, and for April 2017 bill amount is Rs. 1389.

Its acceptable if bill amount is between Rs. 1000 – Rs 1500. But more than this I think its some problem in meter. I investigate to my neighbors and I found their bill are around Rs. 1000.

I don’t have high electricity consuming items like AC etc. There are 4 ceiling fans, 1 TV, 1 refrigerator and 1 water mother. Also most same as in my neighbors.

So I think there is issue in my electricity meter. It showing double of my consumption.

So can you please check and change my electricity meter.

Scam or fraud: IFB Industries — Panel blown up and water flowing profusely. Not washing properly and thread coming out of garments

I had purchased a IFB washing machine TDL 6.5 from IFB point, Podiyadi, Tiruvalla, Distt. Pathanamthitta, Kerala on 16.6.17. From day one the panel of the machine is blown up and upon giving demo by your technician, it has been noticed that the water is flowing continuously . The matter has been reported to your service centre. Again a technician came for demo, he also pointed out the water is flowing and there is a problem. The matter was reprorted again. I had two complaint on line also. No response received till date. This is a totaly defective piece. I had been under the impression that IFB is a world class concern, but to my utter surprise, this has turned into a fake. I want the machine totally changed.

Respected Sir/Mam
I have purchased an OTG from Reliance Digital Adyar store, dated 18th June 2017. I bought it to give it away as a gift. Having given the gift, the receiver has indicated that the grill tray (item number 7 as per the manual) is missing. I went to the store to check about the same. The person in the store did not provide any logical step to recover the product or launch any complaint. Instead he kept saying that he wanted a picture of the unit as it was unpacked. He does not know how to handle customer or to receive complaints. He was sounding very illogical.
I don’t have any motive to fool him that I have not received the product. The product was not opened when it was delivered to me. So they also do not know if the item was inside the box or not. So given the benefit of doubt, atleast he should have tried to take my complaint. He was very sure that it cannot be missing. But I am saying something is missing. There was no conclusion in my discussion and I moved out of the store with an intention to raise a formal complaint hoping atleast that this team will be able to handle it logically. For your kind information I have also lodged a complaint in the morphy richard customer care.
Request you to handle this issue at the earliest.

The website of Tambaram Municipality has to be developed as public friendly. All the services and information have to be known to the public through website and it should be user friendly. Although the website is available it is of no use. The commissioner has to focus for the innovative mission should not function like routine clerk. When small panchayat has developed technologically why not this Municipality. Even the public are not able to pay property tax through online and the municipality is still using auto rickshaw for announcement and by God’s grace the very old dum dum has not been used.

Hi this is vijay, I had purchased mobile on 09/July/2017 where in there was an 5% cash back until yesterday. The sales executive did nt bother to tell us about the offer and billed it directly.

The cashier was so sue did nt have courtesy to ask sorry or give a solution for it. He says I can’t do anything.

This is d worst experience I hd with Sadhashivnagar, Bangalore branch the serial no. Of invoice is DPI/SSN/71.

I request you people to investigate on this and give me an solution. I would like to take this to consumer court and sue the happiness of that branch executives, if there is no response recieved.

Scam or fraud: Honda Cars India Ltd. — Car Repair and no status update about vehicle even after 12 days.

I am experiencing the worst part of services in my life-time from Whitefield honda. I have already provided feedback to you through your website on 7-Jul-17 but i have not received any response from you people. This gives me an impression that, whole of whitefield honda group from top to bottom level of employees do not care for customers.

My Vehicle WRV-KA53 ME 1162 was given to Whitefield honda, bodyshop, Bangalore workshop on 29-Jun-2017 for repair. It required insurance coverage and the survey was done only on 3-Jul-2017. Why do you people require 5 days to get survey done? Is your Insurance supervisor Veerendar so worst in coordination?? Finally, though the inspection was done on 3-July and approval obtained, till today-10-Jul-17 (12 days over), your supervisor Veerendar doesn’t give any updates on what happened to my vehicle. I have not seen such a worst person in my lifetime when it comes to customer services. Infact, i was calling him daily from 3-July-2017 till 7-July-2017 to check on the status of my vehicle. But, he doesn’t have any information. He says, he will update me on the same evening but till date, he has not bothered to me call even once and update me. I call him the next day and again check and his answer is the same. Is he so shameless and anti-customer??

I am not aware what you people did with my vehicle, as he is not able to give me any updates. You people need to learn from Maruthi Dealers who deliver within 3 days to customer for any kind of repair. Above all, they keep the customer updated at every step. Whereas you Honda people don’t keep customers informed about the status, despite the customer’s calling daily and asking for the vehicle and its status.

Due to your carelessness and unprofessional way of working, i have lost more than Rs. 3000.

I am not sure, if any action will be taken by you on seeing this mail, as i lost all confidence on Honda and especially the unprofessional and useless employee Veerendar who is worst in customer interactions.

For sure, i am not going to recommend to anyone about choosing Honda cars and especially Whitelfield honda. After discussing with many of my friends, i received the same kind of feedback from almost all. I think, i am the next victim.
