I had ordered a gift from the website giftalove.com on 10th July 2017 for a special occasion of mine happening on 16th July 2017. While they confirmed, before placing the order, that they can deliver the item by 16th, even after the occasion is over I have not received my gift. While due to their inefficiency they didn’t ship the item and gave me a false tracking number for bluedart courier, they are now blaming it on the courier company.

By taking an order and not delivering the item, they have ruined a special occasion of mine. They now say my order has been cancelled.

Its already 15 days and ihave not yet received my mobil repaired. when i called customer care, everytime your executive said withi 4-5 days i vl get my mobile but still nt received. today when I called they said 9 more days wl take. I want to escalate this to ur CEO otherwise i vl forward this issue to media about ur frustrating, irritating service if i have not received my mobile by tomorow. i vl suggest the people not to take Gionee mobile. Its very pathetic customer service.

I have my own business n have to call many people evryday…how can i stay without mobile…

This is Jitendra Gupta, I am running a grocery shot at Amravati Maharashtra,
we have a parle distributor available at Amravati named C-Line Marketing.
my concern is we are requesting Mr. Kulkarni from C-Line marketing to deliver parle products but it seems they are more intrested in bulk order and they always covers big counters,
They are neglecting the order of small counter, I have called him several time and also visited their office and requested him to take my order and deliver it ASAP, but they are not encouraging small counter owners,

we request you to look into it and take necessory action on this

But i unable to access it.
No one unable to contact me

When someone place a call to it, it replies “This Number Doesn’t exits”

i met with an accident which costed me around 2, 40000 to recover
i claimed my amount and then company allotted me a estimator Mr. A K LAL,
he urged me that an amount of 10% is it to be paid before getting claim as a bribe which is to be shared by all and i was insisted to pay and after i was refused to get my claim after deducting accordingly policy terms, and got just 120000 as claim.
please help me out should i file an FIR.

As per registered complain of Mr NAG the cats does not belong to anyone of resident of the society. They are not pets of us. On the contrary the society members will be happy if they are eradicated. The complainee Mr NAG is not paying his monthly society maintainence charges for last 5 years. Before registering the complain to the authority he would have discuss with the responsible society members. It would have been solved if he would have discussed it with the responsible members

IRCTC — REFUND OF FAILED TRANSACTION-ONLINE BOOKING

I booked 4 times 2 person TATKAL ticket from THANE to MOHOL (Train no 12115) on 17/07/2017 ON THE INTERNET but the transaction failed due to system fault at the IRCTC website. The amount of money amounting to Rs. 1613.78/- was, however, debited to my ICICI account . Their Failed transaction ID is- 100000913085974, 100000913186339, 100000913124303, 100000912961467, dated 17/07/2017.

So please do the refund to my respective account .

Dear sir/Mam

Please note that the sewerage water is badly clogged on the main road in lajpat nagar 2 in front of C 143-142.

Without any thought road was laid on the sewerage gutters due to which no drainage was possible and now too when the sewerage holes have been opened with the local help the water is not getting drained properly.As a result of this being a resident of ground floor we are facing lot of problems as the rain waters come in our homes because of drainage problem.

I would like to request the MCD officials please take this matter into their kind consideration and take a proper step as in the rainy season it becomes a serious problem.
