I made a compliant to haier aervice centre in dimapur, nagaland on 17th july regarding some problem with my refrigerator. However the response of the cuatome care representative was a very harsh one. They are not willing to come and repair the fridge. In which case i will be compelled to take legal measures against your company for not providing after sales service. Please make sure that this mail is taken with all seriousness and direct your customer care representative in dimapur to immediately respond.

Hi, I am writing my experience with GMP packers and movers. The only good thing about this company is- anyhow they will shift your luggage.
Rest they are late mostly by 2 days, their services are much costly and they do not want to give status about your luggage during the journey.
Support is not upto the mark, their people don’t want to touch or help settling your luggage.
When it comes to labour everyone tends to see each others face and pretend not to be a working labour.
Sometimes they dont pick your phone once your luggage is with them, only thing you can do is you can pray yo God. They don’t know what time they will take to deliver your luggage however they will do “kal kal kal”, kal ayega saman kal and kal never comes.
Very less sense of responsibility. Unreliable movers and packers.

This is all bad and worst experience from Samsung company. How can regular customer enjoy the benefits of above exclusive offer when there is no availability of coupons from last three months.And the smart club executives are so rude and arrogant.i will never purchase Samsung products in future and never recommend my friends to buy products from Samsung exclusive stores like Samsung smart plaza.

Dear sir/madam

Last month i have visited rana motors service center in okhala for regular service of my car. After getting all services done they handed over the car to me and i have paid all the due whatever they have ask me to pay at that time. But, now after so many days i have received the call from himmat singh in which he told me that we forgot to collect some charges of Rs 1470/- and they dont even give me the proper bill for such charges. The language he using was very offensive.

If this is how you will collect unauthorised charges then there is no need to make accounts departments, sales department.I am very disappointed with such service and feeling very helpless.

I have also filed lots of complaint but did not received any response Please look into this matter.

I booked talkal ticket using irctc website from dausa to allahabad for 4 persons.
on the date of journay train get cancled for our station then i call the customer care number and they told me you will get refund automatic in 6-7 woring days
when i dont get it i call again they told me to mail all details on care@irctc.co.in
when i mail them i got a system genrtated reply with a id which is [IRCTC #6192720] .3rd time i call to custmer care and then they told you have to file a TDR with in 72 hrs but you dont so you will not get refund .now what can i do to get my refund when they dont tell me he proper information on time.

I m the resident of Kalkaji (South Delhi)
Few months back the work of reconstruction of courtyard of J-2 Block was started by the workers of Municipal Corporation. But they left it incomplete. Now the place has become the breeding ground for mosquitoes and rodents. As it is rainy season, the situation is getting worse day by day.

So, it is my humble request to the department concerned, to please look into the matter ASAP.

Today morning I received a call from ph.no 7079546991 saying that he is calling from homeshop 18 and that I have won a Tata Safari through lucky draw

He also metioned the details of the product I recently purchased along with the address.

Its really not acceptable that company of such a repute is sharing customer data.

How is this possible that people get to know what I purchased and what not .
Its really very serious matter and has to be resolved.

Please note that S.B.I.Shibpur Br (oo2124) is regularly deducted APY subscription but they are not giving any statement. Now I have received one statement showing withdran on December 2016 where is money gone I do not know., also I have not yet received APY CARD, .Please look into this matter as I am a layman and ignorance of law.I shall be grateful to you if you co-operative with me.

In the recent month of May Shri Bandaru Dattatreya launched “One IP- Two Dispensaries” scheme in ESIC. It is very useful to family members whose I.P is working in other town. But the Dispensaries employees are not accepting it. Since we are paying money for every month but the IP is unable to utilize services.

Recently in Visakhapatnam our employee ( I.P.) who is working in Kakinada wants to utilize ESI in Visakhapatnam dispensary ( Malkapuram). We updated his family details and we given a Malkapuram dispensary for his nominee ( Father). But they are not accepting and they are saying that the I.P. is in Kakinada so nominee is not accepting in VIsakhapatnam.

There is no use of launching schemes if the dispensary persons is not awaking of new schemes in ESI. Kindly give us a reply so that we will take alternative decision. Kindly solve this problem so that we will have remains the faith on ESI
