TROUBLING COSTUMERS.
i bought pasonic 58”led tv from vijay sales, santacruz and i got delivery of sony 43”led tv after 5 days,
we informed the delivery person that this tv is not ordered by us so he said ok and took that tv with him.
after 3days our booked panasonic tv arrived but the technician was not available as per what was informed us.
now their bad service started from there on.
1) there comes 13 july but still no sign of technician.well over 7 days no sign of technician i called vijay sales again and they told me that the technician will come in 2 days but theirs no sign of him.
2) my mom calls them daily in these 10 days but we will send tomorrow, day after tomorrow and excuses goes on more than for 10 days.
3) now when my mom called the service team they again said that they would come till today …they are just giving false promises
4) when my mom said she will complaint about them regarding this. that time the lady said do whatever you want we dont care.
5) she has no manners how to talk to costmers. this way you are going to lose your customers. we wont recommend vijay sales to anyone from now on.
6) till now the installation is not been done.
