We come with my father for full body check-up and also with mother.
Hospital take too much time for check-up and give me another day timing for more check-up.
We are coming from delhi and minimum take 3 hours to come from there.But they can’t take seriously. My father is getting more pain on head due to fasting but no one can care about it.All time they take 1 hour.
Your hospital is very reputed hospital and i come here from bihar for treatment.If your service is not change then You loose your repotation.
Kindly increase your service quality.

As assured by the comapny, the marriage would be fixed in 120 days, otherwise they would refund the amount or I can ask for refund at any time, if I am not satisfied with the services. They would also appoint adviser to provide the profiles.
I took membership on 13th April, 17. In the very first week, they provide the profile of same gender. On my complaint next week they provide two profiles, which are much older. i noticed, they just completed formalities, not serious. I asked for the refund in the very second week. Till date, I sent morethan 20 mails, not even a single reply have been received and they are not contactable, nor providing any profile.
I want my refund

Dear Sir my name is Ashish pandiyar from Bhopal . last year I buy the car alto 800 lxi from satyam Motors misrod Bhopal .as per my information my car is in under warranty .I had problem in my car tyre that I need to change .as per company policy it’s free under warranty so I went their jk tyre distribution center where they refused to change my tyre in free without giving any specific reason . this is totally unacceptable and unfair for me as as customer . I kindly request you pls take action on them give me justice as soon as possible . I attached company letter too .Dear Customer, 145/80 R 12 ULTIMA XP TUBELESS ( Tyre )(Stn.No. B3316 ) vide claim no. WRB00075717 (CFD No. 0 ) is not accepted under warranty as it does not have any manufacturing defect.

they didn’t mention any specific reason to sort out my problem…

I have deposited a cheque of 5000rs. in my account which was done rs.50, 000 by bank staff. I contacted with manager he told he will refund the cheque return charge of my account and also of opposite party because charge of cheque return is 500rs. of opposite party. I told manager to return the charges to my account he said give me bank statement of party which shows 500rs. Charges deducted. I have given that to manager and he told I will refund the charges. He rarely visits the branch and whenever he come he refuse to do work. Now 3 months have passed but not received the refund. Spoke to manager several times but he denied saying I will do it when I Will get time. Today I went bank and asked whether he has given me refund or not he refused do.
I am not getting the point how bank has granted a job to person like this
Very rude. Please refund my money otherwise I will have to take further steps.

I switched from aircel to airtel on 13th, aircel deactivated on 19th, after that i used airtel sim in my mobile, but the network is not activated and it is showing “emergency call only” i have removed the sim and checked many times, also tired manual network search, but it is showing all other network apart from airtel. i call log the issue yesterday morning, but it been 2 days still my number is not activated, everytime when i concact to the airtel person they are saying it will get rectified within 30 mins and it has been more than 48 hours but no result. i am really frustrated and disapppointed chossing airtel. due o this i lost profitable job from one of my client. and also many personal problem sue to this sim problem as i dont have alternative number as well. airtel is worst and i dont know to whom i should contact to rectify. really very bad service.

I am using BSNL landline broadband service. Today I got a call saying he was a BSNL representative (ph no – 01409331902 on 21/07/2017 at 1:15 pm) and asked me whether I am facing any connectivity issue, to my bad luck I was really facing an issue and conveyed to him. He told me to send a message BVAS at 56677 from my alternate number and my issue will be solved. When I sent him the message he said that I have successfully subscribed for BSNL Hungama services. I was shocked to here this and immediately questioned him why such service is activated when the call was for solving connectivity issue.

Bsnl Hungama has cheated me by giving false information and made me subscribe to a service fraudulently.

I request you to kindly deactivate the service and take strict action against them and request you to reimburse the charges which they will be charging me.

I have Ultimate 499 plan activated under my mobile number 9687343465 in Maharashtra region. According to plan i get unlimited 2G/3G/4G data and additional 1 GB data per day. This plan is activated on my number since 15th July, 2017. Now just in 6 days my unbilled amount is showing as 3382 Rs/-. How can it be this much amount where my monthly plan is of just 499 /-. I don’t have any other service activated on mu number which i have verified from idea app and website. This is not acceptable. Please look into this and resolve the issue.

We own an Aquaguard Genius water purifier and I regret that it’s one of the worst decisions we have made. Within 12 months of installation, the machine came for repair almost 10 times.

Just last Monday, i.e. 9th July 2017, the machine stopped all of a sudden and did not turn on even after keeping it idle for 2 complete days. The reason for keeping it idle without lodging a complaint is that when there was a similar issue in the recent past, as soon as the technician came for service and turned it on, it started working fine. For this, the technician was rude saying that I have unnecessarily lodged the complaint and I should have turned on the machine before lodging the complaint. As if I did not do that. Anyways, I did not want the story to get repeated again.
So I lodged a complaint that on 11th of July 2017 and the technician came for service on 13th July 2017. He checked the machine for quite sometime and confirmed that the level sensor isn’t working and it needs to be replaced. He told that the spare parts usually come from Bangalore and it might take 2-3 days. So I waited till 17th of July 2017 and I did not receive any update from either the customer service or the local service centre. So I kept calling every day from 18th July 2017. Everyday I used to get the same fabricated answer from whomever I spoke- “We will send technician by EOD today or before 12pm tomorrow and your machine would be rectified” .
So I made nearly 15 calls with no use.

Today I finally called the local service centre and the concerned questioned me if I have lodged a complaint saying that the technician didn’t come to my place at all, which I have not.
Blaming the customer for your mistake? Pathetic communication I say. I mean, simply irresponsible, absolutely awful service

Luring people into buying bad products and then making them buy extended warranty, just to make money without rendering proper service when needed. I mean absolutely crappy business.

Lacking courtesy to let the customer know what’s happening with their complaint. Nobody told me if the order for the spare part is made or not. How on earth would I know if nobody even bothers to send a text update? When I called the local service centre, I came to know that it is going to take another five days.

Do you people even understand why people buy water purifiers? Definitely not to keep the machine without using for 3 whole weeks. And I definitely have not spent INR 30, 000/- odd just to keep the machine idle for weeks and buy water from elsewhere. Shame on you. Change your after sales or shut your business
