Complaint Details:

We bought this sofa (3+2+1 seater) as per the above invoice. Very soon we found that one of the cushions in the 3 seater was suppressed way more than the other cushions. On our complaint the company carpenter came and checked and advised that all the sofas require repair.

The Sofas came back after repairs on 17th Oct and we found further damages to the Sofa. These were corroborated again by lifestyle-Homecentre carpenter who visited us on 18th Oct 18.

Moreover, the repairs were carried out by inexperienced people and thus they had uneven thickness, overstuffed in places making them look real shabby. We have refused to accept the Sofas and have requested replacement. We are yet to hear back from the company reps.

After one month i got my repaired the above subjected product.But after two days working the Tablet N10 giving same touch screen problem. The touch is screen not working . I have placed an order on 31st October 2018 for medicines and my OID is -NMS[protected]W, and i got to know i have not uploaded a new Prescription hence i have uploaded the New one on 1st of November from 3rd of November am calling up netmeds and talking to associates and they are all giving vague answers, however with the tracking ID PP[protected] by Wow Express, the status has not been updated from 6th of November to till today, my mom is a dialysis patient, i have ordered these medicines one week before and if something goes wrong who is responsible, i would suggest you please cancel the vendor Wow Express and educate your BPO sector with humanity, someone called Floor Supervisoer (Mr. Selvester)i spoke to him on 8th of Nivemeber @9.40AM and he said he will call me back within 1 hours but he called after an hour, i.e., 10.55AM and he spoke to me till 11.24AM and he agreed that he will call me back within 11.55AM to either deliver the order by 1PM or process the refund…

I also placed an order on Factorysales for a SONY 32000 mAh power bank and it also included one i7 wireless earphone headset but received a refurbished MOTOROLA POWER BANK with one single earphone. No contact is possible either by e mail or phone.Their server does not accept mail even for customer support.Phone either switched of or does not respond.A message is sent through their website but no response at all.Packing and dealings indicate that company is not trustworthy and

I placed an order on 29/10/2018 for

Order DHFS1033231 confirmed by you on 2/10/2018 by e mail and also on phone.
Although you intimated to provide dispatch and tracking information there was no information till today i.e 11/11/201.
Only today I got the message from expressbee courier confirming delivery today.
I paid Rs.850/-in cash and collected the consignment.
On opening the box surprisingly I found the following items.
1.MOTOROLA EXTERNAL BATTERY PACK OF 32000 mAh capacity,
whereas on the packing it is mentioned as
” SONY 32000 mAh with wireless headset(refurbished)”

2.Only one wireless piece of headset instead of a pair.(set)
Neither I ordered a refurbished power bank nor a MOTOROLA battery pack.

3.CONNECTOR FOR CHARGING THE BATTERY PACK.

Kindly act immediately to supply the correct items as per order and your confirmation.

My college id is:BB180041I have completed my 12th examination in 2018 from cbse board and filled the same year for registration but somehow in university data it is showing 2017 as the year of 12th passing year. Due to this issue i am facing problem in every form that i fill for college as well as for university.
When i took admission in meerut college i told them this problem they said that they have corrected it and it is just a technical issue. But this problem has appeared again.

It was booked on 16 Oct and today 5th Nov ..I have been coordinating with my branch owner but he cudnt do anything. …it’s a request atleast provide me with details where is it so that I can send for reship at right address … The branch of Agartala is so ignorant and does not feel like helping doesn’t not pick calls …is this the way a courier service should work ! Please note w.r.t above mentioned product, I have been requesting for replacement of the 2 quantities of the same since I received defective products.
Unfortunately flipkart has not been responding in this regard. Moreover they have send a message as follows:

We’d like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you’ve purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

Iam surprised as to how flipkart can decided on its own about a customer without seeking clarification and without proper inspection.

Inspite of this unwarranted email, I have replied to them explaining my need for the quanties of lamps that i have been ordering.

Yet there has been no response from flipkart.

If you donot want to extend a relationship with an honest customer it is your choice. But you cannot harrass a customer by not replacing defective products that you have supplied.
I donot understand why you are not responding to my request for replacement of 2 quantities of the abovementioned product.

Kindly request the concerned personnel to take out time to resolve this long pending problem as soon as possible.

I’m very much disappointed to inform you that I have taken one year membership to get relief from my problems but I find that my problem is getting worse than before, I sent many mails for refund but never got any response. Morever doctors try to experiment with different medicine and at present I’m unable to walk after getting new medicine form Dr Batra .
My question is in which basis you people take one year amount together when there is no surety of good result.
I’m looking forward to take any legal action again this issue .

I made a transaction during tatkal booking of a ticket at IRCTC using my Canara bank account through phone pe. I couldn’t book the ticket but amount was deducted.
According to IRCTC the refund is made to phone pe and also phone pe has made the refund to my account on 21st October 2018. But that refund has not reflected on my bank account yet.
