Scam or fraud: Absolute Infowave – Would not call it fraud, however it’s a well-laid out trap

Hi Folks,

I am spending my time and writing this review only to save other guys who like me are unemployed or desperately looking for a part time or full time income. As like any other guy, even I had searched for reviews on Absolute Infowave on the net. As mentioned in the above comments, they never mentioned on call before booking the application form through SMS (even after I had asked multiple times), that is there any additional cost apart from Rs 500?

Even after going through the majority of these negative reviews, I believed the guys answering the helpline call, as I was unemployed for a long time. The guy who answered the call said as below

1) The reviews which are written might be by our competitors. We are in this business for 5 years and we have 7000 customers doing this job for us.

2) Why would we cheat? If we had cheated we could not have survived for this long.

3) The comments which are found on the web are not of registered e-mail with us.

4) There are so many unemployed people who work 14 to 15 hours every day to complete this work.

How can we come to know whether anything whatever he said above is true? – No way, unless you know have a personal friend or a contact who has experienced this. Check the 4th point above. It apparently suggests that they are taking advantage of the unemployed youth in India.

You just have one way out – that is to believe him (in case you are desperate to earn an income). Similarly, I thought to take a chance as it looked like a legitimate company – having website, e-mail address and staffs answering multiple calls promptly (initially). After receiving the kit, our deepest fears comes true. They have 4 different plans – Mini silver, Silver, Gold and Platinum. You’ll have to buy any of these plans ranging from Rs 4000 to Rs 12000. Again when I asked the reason why this was not told before, they just told that it’s for security reasons to ensure that you’d complete the work and give us within the said deadline. This statement feels like it’s genuine reason and we fall for the trap.

The trap here is there is hell a lot of words to be typed. Each page has around 55 lines and each line has approx. 18 words. It comes to around 1000 words per page and you’ll have to type 100 pages (per the mini silver plan) within 9 days. The minimum accuracy they mention is about 70% throughout the 100 pages (NOT for 1 page), which to me, is possible only if you are very much an expert professional in typing with 99.99% accuracy throughout all the pages. Just FYI – my typing speed before I took this assignment was 55 to 60 words per minute with 95 to 100% accuracy per page.

I had taken the Silver plan (paying Rs 4000 and required to complete 200 pages within 17 days). I spent around 10 to 12 hours every day and submitted this work on the due date. After waiting longer than the scheduled report delivery, I had to make so many calls, only then I got the report stating that I didn’t receive the required accuracy – 70%. My accuracy percentage was 68%. All the mistakes which they reported were genuine. As per the Silver plan they give another chance for 3 days, however this time I’ll have to get the accuracy of 90% overall throughout the 200 pages. It was very tough. I worked even longer hours and submitted my work on due date. This time too I fell short of the accuracy percentage of 90%. My mistakes were counted for 22%.

I agree that the mistakes that were reported were all genuine. However, I feel there is no work ethics. There is no professionalism at all. I had to literally make 100s of calls to follow up either for some inquiry on work, or for the report delivery. But, they would not even bother to call back after seeing the missed calls. If they genuinely want this work get done, they would have been a lot more professional and would want to help us in ways we can reduce the errors. I guess they also have a tool (though they deny having it) to check the accuracy. I very much doubt that the verification is done manually.

Hence, I would conclude that this is not a fraud company, however it would be a huge gamble of effort and money to invest in this. As I type here I received a call from another company with similar claims. So please be warned there are many such companies which are doing this in such a polished manner to trap the guys.

RE: Ruchika Molestation Case –
The Ruchika Girhotra Case involves the molestation of 14-year-old Ruchika Girhotra in 1990 by the Inspector General of Police Mr. Shambu (S.P.S. Rathore) in Haryana, India. After she made a complaint, the victim, her family, and her friends were systematically harassed by the police leading to her eventual suicide. On 22 December 2009, after 19 years, 40 adjournments, and more than 400 hearings, the court finally pronounced Rathore guilty under Section 354 IPC (molestation) and sentenced him to six months imprisonment and a fine of Rs 1,000. The CBI had opposed Rathore’s plea and had sought an enhancement of his sentence from six months to the maximum of two years after his conviction. Rejecting his appeal against his conviction by a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) special court, Chandigarh District Court on 25 May sentenced the disgraced former police official to one and a half years of rigorous imprisonment, enhancing his earlier six-month sentence and immediately taken into custody and taken to the Burail prison.[1][2] On 11 November 2010, the Supreme Court granted bail to S P S Rathore on the condition that he remain in Chandigarh. Recently Supreme Court of India upheld Rathore’s conviction in molestation case but restricted the punishment to six months jail already served by him considering his age.

RE: Jessica Lal Murder Case
Jessica Lal (5 January 1965 – 30 April 1999) was a model in New Delhi, who was working as a celebrity barmaid at a crowded socialite party when she was shot dead at around 2 am on 30 April 1999. Dozens of witnesses pointed to Siddharth Vashisht, also known as Manu Sharma, the son of Venod Sharma, a wealthy and influential Congress-nominated Member of Parliament from Haryana, as the murderer. In the ensuing trial, Manu Sharma and a number of others were acquitted on 21 February 2006.

Following intense media and public pressure, the prosecution appealed and the Delhi High Court conducted proceedings on a fast track with daily hearings conducted over 25 days. The trial court judgment was overturned, and Manu Sharma was found guilty of having murdered Lal. He was sentenced to life imprisonment on 20 December 2006.

RE: Aarushi Double Murder Case

The Noida double murder case refers to the murder of 14-year-old Aarushi Talwar and 45-year-old Hemraj Banjade, a domestic worker, employed by her family in Noida, India. The two were killed on the night of 15–16 May 2008 at Aarushi’s home. The case aroused public interest as a whodunit story, and received heavy media coverage. The sensational media coverage, which included salacious allegations against Aarushi and the suspects, was criticized by many as a trial by media.

When Aarushi’s body was discovered on 16 May, the missing servant Hemraj was considered as the main suspect. However, the next day, his partially decomposed body was discovered on the terrace. The police were heavily criticized for failing to secure the crime scene immediately. After ruling out the family’s ex-servants, the police considered Aarushi’s parents—Dr. Rajesh Talwar and Nupur Talwar—as the prime suspects. The police suspected that Rajesh had murdered the two after finding them in an “objectionable” position, or because Rajesh’s alleged extra-marital affair had led to his blackmail by Hemraj and a confrontation with Aarushi. The accusations enraged the Talwars’ family and friends, who accused the police of framing the Talwars in order to cover up the botched-up investigation. The case was then transferred to the CBI, which exonerated the parents and suspected the Talwars’ assistant Krishna along with two domestic servants—Rajkumar and Vijay. Based on the ‘narco’ interrogation conducted on the three men, the CBI suspected that they had killed Aarushi after an attempted sexual assault, and Hemraj for being a witness. The CBI was accused of using dubious methods to extract a confession, and all the three men were released after it could not find any solid evidence against them.

In 2009, the CBI handed over the investigation to a new team, which recommended closing the case due to critical gaps in the evidence. Based on circumstantial evidence, it named Rajesh Talwar as the sole suspect, but refused to charge him due to lack of any hard evidence. The parents opposed the closure, calling CBI’s suspicion on Rajesh as baseless. Subsequently, a court rejected the CBI’s claim that there was not enough evidence, and ordered proceedings against the Talwars. In November 2013, the parents were convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment. Many critics argued that the judgment was based on weak evidence, and the Talwars have challenged the decision in the Allahabad High Court.

It is a shame on us that we live in a country where even today women and children are not safe. The Education of each and every individuals is at stake now !

Are we living in a failed state –

The Matter has been reported to the police multiple times since Oct. 2, 2016 but they will not write and FIR to let this matter to move to court.

There has been two incidents of women maid molestation and mail beatup at DLF Exclusive Floors but there is no FIR or any action towards the culprits. The police is business in VIP duties and PM visit so they claim.

The society president’s husband Mr. Rohit Sawhney and secretary Mr. Apparajeet Bhatia has been instrumental in hiding these incidents from the enforcement authorities.

Scam or fraud: Corruption at HUDA – Haryana

Submitted by: Jeevan Toprani

Complaint Details:
There are people who are renovating their apartments by removing load bearing walls and beams on the ground floor of the building. There are small and large building. These buildings can collapse on one earth quake. The changes are illegal and should be punished by law but HUDA and MCG do act on the complaints as the builder and apartment owner pay them well not take any action. There is a similar case of this renovation in DLF Exclusive Floors by the RWA president who has been hiding from the law since the 4 years and a group of citizens have been asking the Gurgaon Police, HUDA and MCG to act on the matter. When will the citizen be safe in Gurgaon is the bigger question ? Does the Gurgaon Police stand for safety and protection of the citizen’s of this district ?

These fancy apartment by DLF And Unitech will fall like a stack of card when the earth quake hits Gurgoan or if we have massive floors because some people wanted to make their house bigger by illegally removing structures. The Apartment owners claim no fault as they pay bribes to the builder’s for approval and then to the govt. officials to stop the act on the property.

Wake up Gurgaon Authorities to the disaster on the way ? The Babu’s have been told that this situation is not for some – this menace of illegal construction has been going on around for sometime.

We can cry about traffic mess today but tomorrow would be a worse day when these building collapse.
