I have noticed that my bill for my postpaid number, has been wrongly induced with International Data Usage, whereas I consciously kept the data off in my phone. When I confronted this with the agent she gave weird excuses about the usage. Unconvinced, i asked my data services to be stopped immediately, i.e. on 28th Nov’16, and subsequently got confirmation sms for stopped data service from Vodafone, however i was appalled to see yet again International Data Usage in the subsequent billing on different dates in December 2016 and add to that they had also charged me with the rent for data service.
I raised this complaint to Nodal officer on 29th Dec’16 and got a complaint reference number 995644164, which as per his mail was to be resolved within 48 hrs. It’s been 11 working days now, and i am yet to get a solution.
Worst company and Fraudulent people all the way to the core ! No customer focus… the only focus they care is to cheat ! Fraudsters !

6th Nov 2016, purchased honda activa 125 from yume honda sector 18 gurgaon, within 4th day i noticed some different sound from the engine. the same i informed to the dealer through phone. Dealer asked me to visit once to service center and 6th day visited the service center, they said the sound will go off after the first service. 20th day [180km] done the first service, next day the same sound was getting. from that on wards they done 7 more services, 16+ days[still] in service center. (within 67 days 17 days in service center) they keep changed all parts from another honda. on 7th service Mr Ashok, Mr Nawneet -8800192221 [persons directly from honda] spend the entire day for repairing like dismantled and assembled the entire clutch unit, engine and other parts from the vehicle. they replaced corroborator, spark plug and other things from an old honda activa. the service center dont had anything on stock, even spark plug too. After doing such a service they said now everything fine you can take the vehicle, now the vehicle had many scratches and vehicle had 10 years of services too. there was a abnormal were and tare on clutch cover, which is attached to the engine side. Mr Ashok said these was the manufacture defect too. Still they are not ready to replace the vehicle or not even ready to provide an extended warranty too. The honda service persons are not ready to understand the problems or not even ready to resolve the problem too. Instead of old parts, i asked them to put new, even they are not ready to do the same too. Honda brand name having some premium values and these persons where spoiling it.
When i asked the next exhalation, the customer care persons Mr Rohit [team lead in customer care] and Mr Maneesh [from honda head office customer care] saying you can directly contact higher authorities like Mr Prabhu Nagraj or like persons.
Finally I send a mail to Prabhu Nagraj, Sridhar, Customer relation persons, Namrata Pant and Vibhuti Dimri.
Still i am waiting for getting the response. My complaint number 1-13065873301, the complaint was registered through email and email was send on 9th December 2016, still these days my complaint was opened only.

Dear Sir,
I’m a resident on sector 31. People here have encroached the road to an extent that it actually become a pain to drive in lanes.
A man residing opposite house no 368 / 369 has constructed an illegal so called “Garden” just to prevent others from parking their cars so that his tenants can comfortably get a space for parking. This “Garden” is constructed on a public road, had there been no encroachment people would park their car by the wall of the house and road would be much wider in comparison to what it is now.
House no 373 has gone a step ahead and owner of the house has constructed a small park in front of his house across the road.
Looking at 373, house no 374 has also constructed a garden across the road by the wall of community centre.
House no 376 has paved the space in front of his house. this space again is across the road.
Sir, this is an example of just one lane, similar is the condition in every other lane. I must tell you that was deeply impressed with the way MCG took initial and demolished all the entry gates of the sector. It would be largely appreciated if you pls put an halt on such encroachments and demolish the existing ones, as it is so very difficult to park vehicle as such empty spaces are used by certain people for their own selfishness.

Amazon se 2 mobile order kiye jinki keemat 7499+7499 hai aur PNB debit card SE maine payment kiya but payment issue ke kaaran mujhe order cancel krne pade lekin mera refund abhi tk nhi aaya Amazon bol raha hai ki refund 28/12/2017 ko de diya gya but mere account me nhi aaya fir bola ki charge dispute kijiye lekin bank ne bhi meri koi help nhi ki Amazon ne mujhe dono mobile ke reference no.
