I received a call from a number [protected] inquiring about my order whether i received or not.He said I had won some lucky draw and will get a car.I understood it is a fraud but my concern is how did that person know that I had ordered from shop-clues on that date.This is serious issue where customer data is leaked and is not safe.

Shop-clues must take this issue seriously. I just saw many other complaints like this just now.Th issue is marked as resolved but then how does it keep repeating like this.
Not protecting customer data is a serious offence.

Hello Sir.
I have bought a TVS RTR 160 4V for 1 lakh rupees cash from Tvs Shaw Wheels Baguiati Kolkata.As you can see in Google they have done countless occasion where they have blocked the paper work of the customer for unknown reasons.They may try to exhort money. TVS Reputation is on line.Its almost 3 months now that my confirmation is also not been done.They have said many false things We have call recoreded most of them.They are unnecessarily delaying the paper works I am unable to ride the bike even after buying in cash since 3 months.Registration is not been done for around 140 customers as far as I heard.This is an alarming situation .Please help me.Take necessary urgent action against the dealer.

I purchased the bike from SHIEL Autos Bhagwan Talkies Branch. I have an issue regarding the showroom staff.I purchased a Bajaj Avenger 220 Street, 2018 model .The staff did not attend us on the day delivery.I had to go from cabin to cabin for all the documents submission. Moreover the bike was not even cleaned and oiled properly. I had purchased the bike on 22nd May and I have not received the RC papers till date and no support is being provided.

I purchased the paid service from Just Dial on 6th August 2018 and was told that my company profile would get activated on Just Dial in 2 hours from the time payment was made. I was also told that once my company profile is activated, I can start getting potential leads from Just Dial however nothing like this happened. The couple of leads(Approx.5-6 till now) that I have received till now are all used leads. Ass per the customers, they have already taken the service their need. When I contacted Just Dial and asked, they simply told me to login and update my profile. They did not update any details they collected from me at the time of payment. So basically when I was told that details would be updated in 2 hours post payment- NOTHING was done. And now after taking the advance amount for 1 year, Just Dial is not helping at all.

I am Krishna Kishore B

I had posted an Ad in Quikr regarding a Coin for sale on 30-JUL-2018. I have received a call from your executive (Kishor Adhya from Mumbai, coins and stamps department from a number +91-[protected]). He told me that there are some services provided by Quikr on this and will charge Rs. 3000 as a non-refundalbe charge. He then told me that there is another option for Rs 4500 where the amount will be refunded in 3 months time. He sent me a payment link and I have made a payment of Rs 4500.

There is no response on anything after the payment is made. I tried to reach Kishor and he is not answering. He even blocked my number.

I tried reaching your support center and found that payment is reflected and is still not validated from backend team. Also, they said it is not refundable.

This is when I found that I got cheated by your executive. Before you could do anything, please refund my amount for this. I am totally not satisfied with the way it is going.

I have asked for a re-fund in mail and no response from Quikr till now. It’s been 1 week. The complaint submitted on 01-AUG-2018.

MR. Raunit, Venue manager of this company sold the membership with fake promises to me with membership id chisdls774453.At the time of membership they told that i can avail 3 room per day for any trip. When i tried to book the trip to udaipur, they are denying to book 3 room as they said you cant book 3 room because you have owned a membership only for 1 room.i purchase this only in terms that they will provide 3 rooms everytime when we go for vacation with family, now they denying the statement. actually they denied all the things said at the time presentation. i have paid 140000 for this membership with amc extra. almost 250000 for nothing.I need to cancel the memership without availing any single trip.

Please cancel my membership asap and refund the full amount.
