Scam or fraud: Shoppersstop.com — picked up wrong used product from home

Complaint Details:

Had ordered a round neck black women’s blazer online – using guest login. The size was not proper so requested for a exchange the agent said as it is guest login i cannot exchange and will have to return it. Placed return request, nobody came to pick, i requested again and the pick up was arranged. The courier person came on Wednesday, August 21, 2018 when my elder mother was at home alone. my mother called me and i explained which pack, my mother mistakenly gave the blazer cover which had 6 used blazers, i asked the courier guy did you check the pack did you verify he said yes and went away. I got an sms stating the courier has been picked up and refund will be done in 7 days.

On saturday, i saw the packet still in the cupboard and the 6 blazer missing. I immediately called shopper stop and launched a complaint but as of now they have done nothing. I did provide the courier guy’s name (Arvind Gaud) from Shadowfox and the details but shopper stop is not taking any action. the courier person was very rude, i then told if i do not get my jackets i will lodge a police complaint, after an hour i get a call from his boss who was apologizing and assured will help in finding the jackets.

My questions, how come the guy pick the wrong order. HE had to pick one blazer, where as he picked up 6 used blazers. When people from Myntra or jabong come for return pickup they verify the product, the bill and the tag, why did not this guy do this. whose fault is this?

These are expensive blazers each costing around 3 to 5 thousand.

Why is shopperstop taking a action, they know the courier person, the ware house in Bhiwandi and in delhi (the courier company said the bundle is sent to Delhi warehouse. ARe people blind, cant they realize the product is picked up wrong, how can they send it to ware house without verifying. This is mere cheating.

I need my blazers back all 6 (1 black, 1 grey, 1 red, 1 green sequeled, 1 biege, 1 offwhite)

I m going to wait for a day more and then lodge a police complaint against shopperstop and the courier

My renter mr. Vikram singh (senior manager, law, allahabad bank, branch – zonal office Lalpur, Ranchi) has not paid electricity bill since august – 2017. I am trying to contact him on phone (number provided by him) but he is not piking up phone as I live outside from ranchi.
I want my premises to be evacuated by him after one month notice so that I will utilize this for my personal use.

Rr college is the worst college I have ever seen in my life. Starting from Administrator, principal, teacher all are worst. Thet dont know hiw to give respect to students. Specially Kiran Reddy the secretary of the college. This college is very bad. Simply we are paying this college. Waste of money.. No value for Money. Please come for inspection. Every teacher speaks like they are the principal of this college.. In this they ask fine 50% of our fee structure if we are less than 75% in attendance. After 2 days we get to know that our 1 unit is finished without studying.. No one bothers how the college studies is going good or not. Teachers cone n waste there time.

Complaint Details:

I have purchased one Top Loaded fully automatic washing machine, model as mentioned above on 07.08.2018 from your branch located at 277/2/1, B.T. Road, Sinthi More, Kolkata 700 036. After unpacking it was found that the washing machine was damaged.

Before this one Refrigerator was also purchased from the same branch and faced the same problem.

It can be presumed that this branch intentionally harassing the customers by pushing their old and damaged items and thereby increase their turnover.

Scam or fraud: Hdfc Bank — debit card atm withdrwal failed but amount deducted

Complaint Details:

I am an HDFC Bank customer.
I once tried to withdraw money from an ICICI Bank ATM, which failed and still amount was withdrawn from my account.

When complaint filed, HDFC officials asked me to provide proof and I told them to provide me the CCTV footage.
Now the CCTV footage is awaited since then. Its been 7 months now, but still awaited.

Can anyone guide me what to do in this situation.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Am in Sriram nagar, Paruthipattu, Avadi.

I would like to bring to your notice the nuisance caused by dogs here. There are a lot of male and female dogs who run behind vehicles/people, bark in the nights, dirty the streets and go on increasing in numbers as they aren’t spayed or neutered. These dogs are big troubles to the public and make nuisance sounds at night and also we are afraid it may infect our kids.

Please send some dog catchers who can catch and later give shelter to these dogs or spay/neuter them.

This is on behalf of my daughter ‘Ananya Payra’ who studied at MSBSS school in class IV-B. As I have moved at BHU, Varanasi recently. Therefore Ananya also took admission in Varanasi at Sunbeam School Indranagar.

The sunbeam school at Varanasi has considered and taken the fees from July onwards on production of fees slips of MSBSS school.

I therefore requested MSBSS to issue a TC for Ananya Payra (IV-B) without charging quarterly fees for the period in which she has taken admission in other school at Varanasi.

However school management didnt agree and charged whole fees for getting TC. Kindly look into matter.

Scam or fraud: Lenova — worst after sale service

Complaint Details:

I have purchased my Lenovo smartphone on 3/09/2017.
I am facing the below mentioned problems with my product.
1. Battery is getting discharged very fast.
2. Loose connectivity of charging pin. Facing difficulty while connecting to charging cable.

I have approached the authorised service centre. They have opened my device and stated that there are water marks in charging pin. Because of this my device is out of warranty.

Service executive intended me to peep through the tiny charging port but I could not find with my naked eyes. After little bit of argument those people gave me the service order copy which I have mailed to service head.

There are no symptoms of water within the device. Moreover my device has not fallen into water at anytime. How the service staff can refuse to rectify the problem by simply stating that there is water damage in charging connection.

I strongly believe that lenova service staff have rejected my claim of warranty unlawfully
