As I joined GPT college, coimbatore in the month of june. And I also applied for my bus pass in the same month but still now I didn’t get my bus pass. So I have to spent more money for travelling kindly consider my problem and resolve the issue in issuing the bus pass. And I hope the government will seriously look into this problem and take solutions as soon as possible. This will be great helpfull to the students. Thanking you

Complaint Details:
Ordered the product on line. Was delivered by courier service xpressbees vide waybill no[protected] on COD basis. The courier boy was paid INR 480 in cash. On opening the Product was found damaged and rusty. Immediately called [protected] the mobile number provided by so called Ankita Kothare customer success Manager of smashing commerce as per her mail. There is no reply from that number. Tried calling Geek Retail Pvt. Ltd. Bhiwandi, the supplier of the product on [protected]. There is no reply from this number too. It seems Smashing Commerce is a fake company, and one should not believe in such unknown companies/brands.

Hi,
This is regarding an online order that I asked from netmeds. I paid them for 2 packs. Each of them should contain 10 sachets. But when I received and open the parcel, only one has 10 sachets, another has six sachets only.When I raised a query to netmeds, they are sharing a packing video of 0 seconds which and say that this is justification of packing.I need to raise my concerns for this so that such companies should not be able to do such things with their customers anymore.

I am unable to place return request. I am trying to link my bank account but it is not possible due to some technical glitches from your end. I cannot even contact you through phone it is not getting connected. It is saying my number is not registered. You people have stopped replying to my mail. If this continues I will go to consumer court very soon.

I ordered for i8 earpods on dated 25th Aug 2018 and i received on dated 29th Aug 2018 from vsk2 international unitech arcadia, office no 814-b, sector 49, gurgaon when i opened the box it was white box nothing written on it no manual no charger and the earpods looks cheap quality, i have been writing email for refund and to return this earpods as i didnt like it but there has been no revert .

Dear Sir/Madam,

It feels really sad to cancel the internet connection provided by your company from last 8 years. The connection is on the name of Ranganatha Rao ML and the internet account number is [protected].

Being in the communication and web world industry, you are familiar with the changes that are coming up every day in the technology. Now it is not a time to keep using the conventional form of broadband connection. Things have changed from the system personal computers to the android technology on the Smartphone which requires wireless connection. Your company has failed to provide with the required changes in the internet connection. This makes me to take a hard decision to discontinue with the current internet connection and opt for the wireless connection .

I value the company’s outstanding service till this time. I request you to cancel the internet connection data service as soon as possible. A written confirmation will be highly appreciated.

I am an ex-employee of wipro, i have been sending emails to pf@wipro.com to get my pf statement, but when i am trying to send emails now, pf@wipro.com is not accepting any email from personal email-ids. All mails are bouncing back. Please let me know whether there is any change in the procedure. I have to check the status of my Pension amount. Please help.

Had ordered a round neck black women’s blazer online – using guest login. The size was not proper so requested for a exchange the agent said as it is guest login i cannot exchange and will have to return it. Placed return request, nobody came to pick, i requested again and the pick up was arranged. The courier person came on Wednesday, August 21, 2018 when my elder mother was at home alone. my mother called me and i explained which pack, my mother mistakenly gave the blazer cover which had 6 used blazers, i asked the courier guy did you check the pack did you verify he said yes and went away. I got an sms stating the courier has been picked up and refund will be done in 7 days.

On saturday, i saw the packet still in the cupboard and the 6 blazer missing. I immediately called shopper stop and launched a complaint but as of now they have done nothing. I did provide the courier guy’s name (Arvind Gaud) from Shadowfox and the details but shopper stop is not taking any action. the courier person was very rude, i then told if i do not get my jackets i will lodge a police complaint, after an hour i get a call from his boss who was apologizing and assured will help in finding the jackets.

My questions, how come the guy pick the wrong order. HE had to pick one blazer, where as he picked up 6 used blazers. When people from Myntra or jabong come for return pickup they verify the product, the bill and the tag, why did not this guy do this. whose fault is this?

These are expensive blazers each costing around 3 to 5 thousand.

Why is shopperstop taking a action, they know the courier person, the ware house in Bhiwandi and in delhi (the courier company said the bundle is sent to Delhi warehouse. ARe people blind, cant they realize the product is picked up wrong, how can they send it to ware house without verifying. This is mere cheating.

I need my blazers back all 6 (1 black, 1 grey, 1 red, 1 green sequeled, 1 biege, 1 offwhite)

I m going to wait for a day more and then lodge a police complaint against shopperstop and the courier company.
