Complaint Details:

I had Interviewed for an SFDC profile on 18th August 2018.

I had cleared all the rounds and then I was asked to fill up a form.

The HR told me that I was selected and I even got a cup as an acknowledgment, and was informed that I will be getting the offer Letter within a week.

However, it’s been 2 weeks already and I have not received any Offer Letter.

Kindly help me on this.

We wish to bring in your notice that our company Tightwell Fastners, 154, IDC, Hissar Road, Rohtak (Haryana)-124001 has purchased Bolero Maxi Track Plus 1.2T BSIV PS, Chasis No. – MA1ZP2TBKJ2A53711, Engine No. -TBJ4A78891 from Lohchab Motor Company Pvt. Ltd. Rohtak Tower, Delhi Bye pass Road, Rohtak, Haryana -124001 vide their Invoice No. INV18A01316 Dated 21 Feb 2018. CEAT Tyres has been fitted in the said vehicle. The Soil of one tyre of the said vehicle has defected on 06 Aug 2018. On our complain, the said tyre was replaced with new tyre.

Now the same problem arises in other tyre also. Therefore, we request you to please issue necessary instruction to the concerned CEAT tyre dealer located in Rohtak, Haryana to replace the defected tyre with the new one without paying any charges because the tyres of said vehicle are still under warranty period.
We shall be very thankful to you for this.

Scam or fraud: Dishtv — mislead – upgrade my package with wrong commitment over phone and we lost our existing preferred terms

We refer several tele-conversation as their standard procedure on today, Aug 28 with DISH along with our feedback either in chat or email in thierr format; we expressed extreme unhappiness for toady’s incidence. At present we felt cheated by DISH TV.
Today afternoon at 13:54 Hrs in RMN their representative informed about inclusion of 14 HD channels to my present package @659/- p.m (recharged for 12 months plus 2 months additional as extra benefit on 16/08/2018). Inquiring about the reason, they explained that this has been an offer on FOC with my existing terms of next switch off date in my present offer. And that has been attributed to us as old customers.
We reconfirmed, that there should not be any change in my present package contents and terms specially in switch off date. After having their assurance over phone, we asked to go ahead. Immediately we received mail confirmation about up gradation of my package and the same in My DISHTV account.
My next recharge amount became Rs 730 against 659/pm with switch of date Sep 2, 2010 which has been 60 days less than my existing package.
Subsequently we talked with them and requested to change to my old package with same terms. The call times by your representative from several number to my RMN were 14:11 hrs, 14:25 hrs, 15:29 hrs and lastly 17:12 hrs.
We astonished, knowing that any further change demand from us will loss the additional benefit, like extra 60 days switch-off date which we took for annual recharge on 16/08/2018.
We spend almost 3 hours in week days today and further till resolution, loosing focus on our professional activities and creating imbalance in family life. By summing up the total incidences, this has been a clear case of cheating to their customer by false marketing. This is a legal punishable offence and we demand quick resolution with appropriate compensation from DISH TV.

Dir Sir/Mam,
I am Tuhin Chakraborty from Kolkata, West Bengal, India. I applied for the course name AIATS (2019) offline in English on 20/08/2018 in Aakash Institute, and for that your Counselor whose name is Lakshay Sachdeva assisted me and said that he will send me a link which will be valid for 1 hour only and he also said that if I pay the amount on that day I will get 10% discount too for my course, I paid the amount on the same day but I didn’t get any voucher and didn’t get any payment confirmation slip as a proof of my enrollment. I called him again and he said that the amount is not showing in the system so wait till tomorrow. I waited and called the Bank next day and Bank replied me that the payment was successful and the aakash institute already got the amount. I emailed him he said that he would come to Office and he will send me the payment voucher I have called Aakash Institute on that day (21/08/2018) too and one counselor of Aakash said that in system it’s showing the status “Paid” I email Lakshay Sachdeva again he said that he will go to office check with the account department and he call me back soon but he didn’t so I called Aakash again after evening and one counselor said that Lakshay sir didn’t came to office she called him and he said her to tell me that Lakshay sir come on 22/08/2018 and he will send me the payment voucher and username and password. The next he didn’t call me so I called Aakash after 2 pm he picked up the call and said that he will send me the payment confirmation mail and other information by evening but He didn’t send anything. Now Today on 23/08/2018 I called Aakash again and He is saying now that Aakash didn’t get the money even though bank said Aakash already got the money. The amount got deducted on Monday (20/08/2018) but why I didn’t get any voucher till now? I have applied for that same course from last 2 years I have paid the amount online last year too but got the payment voucher right away, they why is this happening? I also have all the voice recording of Aakash institute from Monday 20/08/2018 and also I have the bank statement and voice recording from the bank and also I have all the emails from Lakshay Sachdeva. I have called the bank even today 30/08/2018 it’s 10 days from the payment was made they said that beneficiary has already got the money the amount was credited to their account on 23/08/2018 and told me to inform you to check your bank statement from 20/08/2018 to 30/08/2018 and please send me a copy of your bank statement if you can so they told me to bring their bank statement to my home branch and they will investigate the case again. Today i purchased 10 kg of aata packet from sai kirpa enterprises store in vaishali Ghaziabad. On this product, company gives offer of 100 gm turnip powder. When i go to the authorized dealer i said any discount on this product, they nothing told me. When i raised a concern about offer on this product, they told i dont know and argument with me. When i said i will complaint you, he said go and do whatever you want. So, why we believe on Patanjali products if customer is nothing for retailers and showing bad behaviour. If possible please take necessary action on this retailer. Retailer no. Is [protected] name sai kirpa enterprises.

Sir, i traped with an advertisement of company SO Services, situated in Gujrat for online form filling work. i traped for accepting it on 03.08.2018, but the login details provided not accepting and getting login, hence i have approached to the company through email for solve the issue, but they have not solved the issues and finally from 23.08.2018 they are forcing me for demand of money 8510/- for breaking of contract, even i have not logeed in and started the work. the are threatening me for legal action.

Very regretfully and shamefully I am intimating you the following facts for favour of immediate action.

I had purchased one LLOL32FBC8528 Lloyd Led TV on 14/09/17 from QRS showroom, Chengannur, Kerala. On 31/07/18, I reported before the manager, QRS, Chengannur showroom it is not working. Soon a message received in my phone from somewhere & given 2 numbers. Among this, one is resigned technicians phone number. It is very very pity for your firm. Then contacted the QRS office, they send a technician to verify the TV and reported board is not good. After 2 days (05/08/2018), the service centre manager collected the TV and till date no response. On 10/08/2018, I again met the office manager of QRS and he did not do anything, so I wrote a letter to the manager Chengannur showroom then also no response.
Irresponsibility is the trademark of the chengannur QRS showroom. It is not good for your firm. Listen the irresponsibility of the QRS showroom. On 16/08/2018, a message from QRS office, Kottayam & provide me a Panasonic TV. I accept it. See it is the advertisement of Panasonic TV, not your TV. It is the technique of the showroom that means they have more purchase from Panasonic TV and not your TV. Whatever it may be I want justice. Now finished one month. No help from showroom or your company.
Dear sir, if I record my grievences in my mobile phone and sent to the people through watsup and facebook, do you think what happen. Mouth publicity is the great publicity of a firm. Remember it.
