My name is dinesh kumar i switch my policy from national insurence to new india insurence i claim for accident now i need ncb certificate but till 2 month to go no reply by company my policy number is[protected] of period 27/10/2016 to 26/10/2017 send it to my email id dino28xx@gmail.com i send so many requiest but no result . i think i have not to switch my policy and take claim this year from national insurence

I would like to bring to your attention the unprofessional handling, delays and failure to provide satisfactory services for my BMW X1 vehicle by Libra autohaus service center in Mayapuri, Delhi.

In the recent rains in Gurgaon there was waterlogging on the road and BMW engine stopped working. Water entered inside the cabin and filled below the seats area wetting the whole carpet. I had sent the vehicle for drying carpet.

First, Arshad had given me the estimate of 2 days for the work and despite my follow-up didn’t provide the estimate of the cost even after 2 days. Later every day they kept asking me to extend by day or two by giving some reason or the other. Every day I got the feeling that they didn’t know the job and as they were opening the carpet and form were experimenting on how to dry the same. Seems the service folks are complete novice and has no knowledge of BMW vehicles they are just experimenting with such premium and costly machines at the cost and risk of owner.

Later after 5 days they said they are ready to deliver the vehicle on doing detail digging on the phone they said though the carpet is little moist it should be ok. I then asked them to take more time and deliver only fully dried vehicle they took another 4 days and confirmed all is well and when I received the vehicle today, I was shocked to see that carpet was not dried, not even moist it is actually wet. The driver who came along confirmed to Arshad the same. When I asked what should I do, they just insisted on making the payment with no concern on completion of service, quality of service or what form and shape vehicle is delivered to me.

I have made the payment; however, I am left shocked, displeased, frustrated and left fuming. BMW experience severely graded down in my mind. This is most shocking service experience I got from all vehicles I have ever had.

I request BMW to take this seriously and thoroughly audit the capability of Libra Autohaus to service BMW vehicles satisfactorily and not have multiple such and repeated experiences delivered to their customers. This may take severe beating on the premium image of BMW.

As the quality and size of the material are very worst. While seen in on it was different material and what I receive is completely worst. I don’t want this material. That much expensive worst cloth material. Not at all worth. Totally upset for the product which I seen. Cheater product send by this company. Not expected this worst product. Please take back and provide my amount. Provide me the correct contact number and I need my refund back as soon as possible.

This site is totally fraudulent, received a cheap purple cloth in the name of dress for worth rs 599.
I checked the product on the door, but courier boy was ready to take the product back, and started creating a scene so i had to give him the money.
I regret not to check its review before placing an order. The same is happened to everyone makes is clear it is intentional and won’t get any refund.

I ordered for two Kurtis from Nattashi.com for 998rupees. I received the packets on 27 August. When I opened it there was one substandard Saree and cut piece. I immediately filled their refund order form. But now it has been ten days and no one has come to pick up the wrong order and also inspite of three reminders they are not responding. There is no phone number given on site that I can talk directly. My friend also received her parcel which was not as per what she ordered. So I feel this is a fraud company. Please help

Self recently stayed at Taj Mahal /Tower Palace in Sept 2018 and had all Meals at their Restaurants inside and understand from Inner Circle Team that 50% Points will not be credited and only 25% will be credited just because Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast Bill was paid at the time of check out and not at the restaurant directly.
Neither Inner Circle team nor Hotel Reception Manager bother to inform us at the Time of Booking. Eligible Points not credited because all Bills paid directly while checking out sounds illogical, unreasonable and purely a gimmick to cheat customers. Similar was the experience at the time of Membership renewal, after payment was made, Inner Circle rep did not bother to follow up and resolve our queries and self had to call up several times to know the outcome of self’s query. Complete unprofessional approach and not worth it.

On 15th August, 2018 I ordered Product : Xiaomi Redmi 5A 2GB/16GB – Gold[protected]. I have not been told, it will be delivered to within 10 days. But till now it has not been delivered. I sent several mails to sharewithus@futuregroup.in. I am not getting response from them.

I already paid for the product. But I am not getting product.
