Hi, i have used Cycle no. 3200117 for around 12 mins on 23 October at 4.53 PM . I went to Cycle station and locked the cycle after using it and I tried ending trip but it didn’t end. And the meter was going on. After around 2 hr 30 mins I got the message that we have found your cycle locked at station and we have ended the trip for you.
In their app they have mentioned that if the cycle is locked on the station the trip will automatically end in 10 mins. But in this case it took 2 and half hour.
could you please help me return excess ammout deducted. Ivae only used the cycle for 12 mins.
I have tried raising request on the app but I didn’t find anything relevant. No email not phone number to contact. It’s very pathetic and frustrating they are using application which have several bugs. Almost all the people are facing the same issues but there is no one to contact.
Please help me return my money. And instead of returning the money they are sending the message for the remaining ammount. And because of this I am not able to use the subscription which I have taken for a month. I want compensation in the subscription also.

I have raised multiple tickets about my internet not working. Everytime they call and say that technical person visits to resolve it but no one turns up and in next couple of days they close this ticket as resolved without doing nothing. Worst service and if they are not able to manage, better they shut down their services instead of fooling customers with their worst connection and services. I want to take this to the consumer court and make this kind of organisations pay for what they are doing.[protected] is my number.

I have submitted my EOS 70D DSLR camera for repairing (Was not powering up) on 6th Oct and experiencing worst service in my life. I never expected it from such a big brand.

On 6th Oct, while submitting my Camera I was told by service executives that within 5-10 days I will get a call back after primary inspection however never received any call. Though on Oct 10th, I got a email notification that the work is in progress however after that no email. I sent few reminders and then on Oct 18th I got a reply that “we will be sharing estimated cost SHORTLY” however till today that ‘shortly’ never happened. I sent several reminders on email however no one responded. I called service centers 3 times and every time they said we are escalating it and you will receive a call back within 24 hour but never received.

I am highly frustrated with the way this Mumbai Canon service center is working. I have no clue what is happening with my camera. Diwali is coming up and I need my camera but looks like that is not gonna happen.

I request senior canon management team to tighten up the service workflow. No one can blindly wait. There must be some timeline and escalation mechanism.

This is about HDFC bank branch Goregaon East. Recently was here to collect my forex card. Since the concerned person wasn’t of the table, someone directed me to a lady on counter 15. The lady is rude! Using sentences like ‘I have not entertained you’ and ‘don’t be so hyper’. The card was supposed to reach me after the bank messaged and it wasn’t there, when it was told that I have to depart soon! There was nothing that I said which made her respond that way. Please make sure your bank branch employees have good communication with each other to avoid such confusion and I hope your employees know how to talk to customers. We are regular customers at the bank, no other complaints yet. Rest all seems good

In Radha Nagar main road, we are facing the problem to dispose our house garbages. The garbage collecting tri-cycle or (Lorry) visiting our area rarely. We are facing difficulty to dispose our garbages. So we are in a situation to store the garbage for four to five days in house. This may cause illness. Please take necessary steps to dispose our garbage.

I had ordered Poco f1 against order no [protected]. Online payment was made on 7th October, 2018.
The courier refused to deliver the product and gave wrong RTO reason. Courier dispatched the product to Mi warehouse on 13th October 2018 but even till today the product is not reached its warehouse.
I have called its call center 7 times but customer service executives are not giving satisfactory reverts. I have raised 3 complaints through call center (woin[protected], woin[protected], woin[protected] but no communication received from Mi yet. I had also mailed them couple of times. Still no revert on making as well. No refund is received yet.
This is mental harassment what Mi is doing with no fault of customer.

Very poor road mileage (less than 40km per litre), date of purchase:17/03/2018. Number of servicing done: 3. Running done: 1700km approximately. My customer id: 270403. In spite of company promise of 65Km per litre it is nowhere near to the promised mileage. Request replace my scooter with the new one. Your immediate action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
