Scam or fraud: Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — hitachi 1.5 ton ac – facing foul smell for last one year

I bought Hitachi AC on 3rd Oct’16 and now it is 3rd Oct’17 foul smell comes out from AC. i have raised almost 10 complaints since day 1 (4th Oct’16) to fix my issue but still my issues is not getting fixed. Technicians coming home and re-filling the gas or doing a water wash but nothing worked out. some technicians
breaking some plastic items like the main door wings or the breaking the copper wires and without our knowledge there are replacing as we still have warrenty. mainly there are closing/cancelling the ticket if supervisor is not around or on holiday this is something happened to me for 3 time in a month.
so i am loosing all my warranty coverage period because of this. Last time one of Technicians informed to the local regional head that this AC has some foul smell issue but regional head doesn’t take any right level action. because of these un-professionalism i lost one full year warranty coverage period. Today when i spoke with the local manager he is not taking ownership and responsibility of what ever is happen. moreover he is speaking on local language (abuse) words which i cannot bear. Now they wanted to take my AC unit to their workshop and to repair and to fit back. my question here is if still the same issue persist what am i supposed to do? i lost my warranty! i need a replacement or extended warranty.

Hi my name is Ziyanda, Sunday 1st of oct my friend and I we went to shop at forever new in sandton city what they did to us was totally wrong while we were in the fitting room one girl open the curtain with knocking and ask politely with manners she jus open the curtain told out to come out she want to search the bag we didn’t even know what was goin on the call the security from the mall to search the in front of everyone after they done searching they took and put behind the counter without asking or telling us and my personal belongings were in that bag everyone was watching I’ve never been so embarrassed like that the worst part there was no disclaimer at the but they’ve got guts to invade our privacy in front of the customers.and the manager was folding her arms watching all of this.so I’ve got a for you guys what do you do wen you overcome a horrible situation like this?

I have been charged for pp lounge access without my consent on my hdfc credit card.
My pp access was complimentary then why i have been charged.
I want to lodge a fraud complaint against hdfc for incorrect charges levied on me.
Also last time they had deducted rs 75 for doing a recharge of rs 100 from hdfc bank regalia site, which they have not reversed me till date.
I want to say here that, hdfc has started lootofying their old customers.I strongly oppose this and request concerned to take strict action against hdfc.

For new connection i was request raised and followup from one week onwards. But still those people are not respond. This is alwal region, connection required at chintal. Today also i was call the office, executive says 2 pm service person will be attend the call and give the connection. But now my call was blocked those people. If they were not interested for give the new connection, they were told me that. Why wasting of our time due to waiting for the serivce person for new connection.

Since around 2 weeks now we are experiencing heavy network issues with Airtel. In our area everyone using Airtel is experiencing the same issue. In spite of number of complaints and follow-ups we are not getting any satisfactory reply. Neither there is any resolution to the issue. Phone does not work at all in the area Undri and nearby in Pune. Airtel claims to have best network but sorry to say that its not true and also we are experiencing very bad customer service. We have no idea by when will this get fixed. We all are now thinking on porting out which seems to be a better solution here.

Scam or fraud: Reserve Bank Of India [Rbi] — non-receipt of credit for deposited sbns

As I was not in India between 9.11.2016 and 31.12.2016, I deposited SBNs for an amount of Rs.21000/- at RBI counters vide Tender Receipt no.CHE 004651 dt. 9.2.2017. I have not received any credit till today. Please let me have credit and status. I would like to mention that almost EIGHT months have passed, still, I have not received the credit due to me. I understand from some of my friends, they have received credit for such tendering of sons, eventhough, they deposited later than me. Please do something for my credit earliest.
