I m a retired person and I have booked a flat in the scheme for Faridabad of M/s PSG Developers and Engineers Pvt Ltd by investing Rs 2, 78, 000/- in Oct 2005 vide reciept number 2946.Till date I have no idea where the builders have vanished after closing their office.

Please do update me what do to and how to get back my hard earned money back.

I want draw your kind intention towards the non serious approch of staff of chenani nashre tunnel in j&k, on 26/11/2017 i was traveling from doda to Jammu at about 4:30pm we reached nashre tunnel as we entered the tunnel from nashre side i noticed a tempo traveller in which i was traveling was overspeeding and crossed the speed limit of 50km, then after some time tempo traveller overtaken the truck loaded with wood with in tunnel to my shock by going opposite lane which is not allowed by rules of tunnel, no body stopped him or fined him for that where are cctv servillence in tunnel they are playing with the life of common man.

But I receive the receipt for 4, 500/-only when I ask to the cash collector he said that he got 4, 500 one from me plz help me I want my amount take action as soon as possible faster. Other wise I close my account from your bank just now only I opened account in your bank in the name of hope but this is a big cheating, I need a fastest solution.

I had ordered a shoe from Reliance Footprint on 20 Oct 2017 & I had received the consignment on 24th Oct 2017..
I found that the shoe was lose & wanted to get it exchanged with a smaller size. I had clearly mentioned that I have not preserved the box; in spite of this, the shoe was recalled.

Few days later I got an email that, I cannot get the refund since I had not preserved the box & the same shoes will be returned to me.

Since that day, I have been trying to contact Reliance Footprint on (+91 80 4298 1900) in vain. I have tried calling the toll free number at least 60/70 times but it never gets connected.

I have sent 7 emails to know the status on my shoes but haven’t got a single reply & till date.

I do not understand –
1) When I had mentioned in my first email that I don’t have the box then why was I asked to return the consignment.

2) I can’t see the status of the delivery. Who will update me on the same.

3) Who will take the responsibility if I dont receive the shoe in the same condition (brand new).

This is the order #100061429 for my shoe. Hope you understand my plight & help me.

have received all pending pension but not received benefits like sum amount 50000/- and above.

when enquired about Kerala kollam PPF Office authorities state that there was no such action
registered at their office and they are asking for the checq number of the client which we did not
received .when contacted Rajahmundry EPF office about this situation they stated that the case
documents and files have been transferred to Kerala EPF Office and there are no more hold them
. Both the offices are denying this benefits so please let me now what should be my next step
and what action I should take . I request you to please do the needy.of addressing the problem as
soon as possible and help resolving it.

I own a Micromax Canvas 5 phone which I bought over an year ago. Recently my phone got dead and I was not able to start it even though while charging a red light was showing.
I submitted the phone for check up who told me that there is a problem in the FPC. Firstly I could not understand what it was so I went back. He told me that it would just take half an hour to solve it but still I said I should go back and check. Please note the phone has not been opened anywhere except the micromax authorized service center.
I came again on Oct 26, 2017 and I submitted the phone for that problem to be solved. The concerned person there gave me a job sheet saying they do not have the parts.

Since then I called about 50 times, I went to the office for 4-5 times physically everytime hearing that the issue has not been solved fully. After sometime they said that the FPC issue has been solved but still the phone is not working. Then they said there is problem in the mother board.

Everytime they used to say come tomorrow or it would be solved by a particular date, it did not.

Finally, on Nov 25, 2018 they gave a call that the phone has been finally solved ad you may come to collect it after a whole month.
They charged 1, 650 totally. I saw that the phone’s data has been erased, there was software update however no such intimation was given to me that they will erase the data.
Then I checked the bill. I was billed for a software update, mechanical repair and ‘electro-mechanical’ and soldering.

Now I suspect some foul play here. How could such a small thing like update and soldering take one month?
Why did they say that there are issues in the motherboard and they changed it but they did not charge for it?
I suspect that the phone was ready in a few days only and all this while they were using it for their own benefit.

Resolution Expected: I want full refund of my billed amount, compensation for this delay of one month when I could not do my daily activities and an action against the service center owner.

I have booked my tickets with PNR:02SPV6 early this year and airlines have automatically cancelled without giving a reason and the refund due is 18, 193.
Its a huge amount and they used to reply that it will be done in 7 to 8 business days and now its over 8 months.
Now i dont even get to them through phone number or email.
