I have purchased an activa 4g which having a problem since we bought it. Every time i give scooty for servicing with the vibration complaint they make excuses in j.b honda that it is not having any problem but after a sort of agruement they keep on change on some parts which they charge as my scooty is under warranty still i pay but the problem never goes. They say that the Chimta of the scooty is weak as if it goes under a hole on the road it will bend and make vibrating sound again and again. If the parts are so weak then why you launch a two wheeler like this which always creates problem for a customer? . Now they are saying it will be charged with rupees 1800 but my scooty is under warranty . If you people will charge in warranty then what is the use of warranty . I have taken extended Warranty + Amc For my scooty . People Working with J.B. Honda also dont have any manners to talk to thier customer . They continuous shows atitude to the customer and dont have any talking manners. They keep on say that this part is faulty every next time they keep on change something and the other.

I’ve surrender my both landline in December 2017 and submitting all documents along with one cancel bank cheque.
Account officer of Barrackpore asked me to come in April 2018 to know status of my refund status along with bank statement.
I’ve visited twice to your Barrackpore office in end of April 2018 and MAY 2018 but now account officer reply that BSNL having no fund to refund my security deposit and no tentative date shared.
Request look into this matter and help me to get my security deposit refund.

निवेदन हैं की मैं गुप्ता कॉलोनी रावतपुर गांव का निवासी हु मेरे घर के पास एक अवैध चट्टा हैं जो की सीवर टैंक के ऊपर बनाया गया हैं जिस कारण वह पर काफी गंदगी रहती जिससे स्वास्थ्य को नुकसान हो रहा हैं और वह पर जानवरो की वजह से आये दिन एक्सीडेंट होते और मना करने पर भी वो नहीं मानता हैं और अपने जानवर मोहहले में खुले छोड़ देता हैं जिस कारण आने जाने वालो को काफी दिक्कत का सामना करना पड़ रहा अतः महोदय से अनुरोध हैं की तुरन्त कार्यवाही करने की कृपा कृ जाये/
