I have complaint to them through mails several times and they are doing there time pass with me by asking same details about moblie and location again and again.I had given them the details the very first time they had asked and still instead of solving the problem they as behaving as if I am talking to a animal and repeats its same sound whatever I may be telling .

Solution : Asking for refunding after deducting the used

Three major complains among the community mass using jio service are
1. Slow network issue for internet as the speed many a time is less than 2G speed even if having a 4G plan
2.They have made a fake app named NetVelocity in plays store that shows fake internet speed just to fool the customers. You can read the plenty of reviews of the app yourself
3.Not responding for complaints made by me, at least they should reply well

Complaint Details:
I ( Mohammed Ahmed Ansari) have purchased an AC on 26th May 2018,
The Executive told me that product will be delivered within 2 day, Since its Tuesday 29th May 2018 Product is not yet delivered.
Even today I have visited Vijay Sales store located in Chembur, the guy was chatting to someone over the phone and I was waiting for more than 15 minutes.
That guy replied me after a long time that there is not stock available it will be delivered next day.
I mean he is seating to solve the issue or to chat someone over the phone, for what Vijay Sales is paying to their employee.
I’ll wait for tomorrow and then I’ll see what’s gonna happen tomorrow.
If the complaint team is actually working against customer’s complaint then tomorrow definitely I’ll get my product.

We need new glass tray as the plastic one is not required and vegetable bucket cracked due to some reason we need to replace it with new one.and we also need to service our refrigrator and please let us know the charges for which we need to replace ie glass try and vegetable bucket.
the glass tray should be of good quality or non breakable as the plastic one is not so good.

Complaint Details:

This company called and explained over the phone that they are hr consultant company. A man called Kunal with the phone number[protected] had called today, 17th May 2018 stating that he has seen my profile and that they will help find me a job for a registration fee of Rs. 1947 that is rs. 1956 with service charge 18%. He said that I will get posted in companies like cognizant, Deloitte, quintiles, etc. He said that after this i will get a call from her senior that for resume copy and documents required. I made the payment of rs. 1956 through my credit card and this is the mistake i have made. After he told me to pay more around 3500 for documents verification, I disagree to pay and asked why you have mentioned this earlier. Then he said I was also not aware of that.

Then I requested to cancel my registration and refund my money back. He said it will take around 45 to 60 days for that.
After that, I have emailed them 3 times but have not received any single response from them.
Please help me get a refund of this.

Also, those looking for jobs desperately, please beware of such scams and frauds.

Complaint Details:

I reported that my screen got damaged and want to replace it on 21st May 2018. I was told that display screen is not in stock and they have to order it.
They keep on repeatedly saying that the screen display will take 2 more days to deliver. However, I have not still received any confirmation the part delivery or replacement of screen. This service center is surely not bothered about any customer’s inconvenience and punctuality.
Secondly, I was charged 230Rs/- as “Inspection Charges” when submitting my handset which I feel was totally unnecessary. I was told that this charge will be deducted from the cost of new screen part. However, recently when I asked to give back my broken mobile they told 230Rs is non-refundable.

Also no provision of providing a spare handset due to delayed service. Absolutely unacceptable.

My request to please have a close look at service center on priority and take serious actions on them.

Value added services are activated without subscriber’s consent and no amount is refunded against complaints to the company office. Deactivation through SMS is also barred. Poorly ineffective process of consumer’s redressal.
Issue is not resolved within at least 48 hours of lodging complaint.
No useful information was provided regarding the issue, swaying it as:
“The servers are currently down.”

Moreover, no help was available for mobile numbers outside their operating circle.

Dear Sir,
We have received a call from Mart on deal group by Mr. Sameer Malohotra and offer me for purchase MI LED TV online on installment. As define by him we have done the deal by Order No.- 2991 & 3000, and as advise by Mr. Sameer ji I have transfer the 50% amount of Rs. 9, 000/- in his Company Mart on deal account (on dt. 15.05.18). He is also given confirmation to receive payment and our product will be deliver within 48 hrs. at my home address. He is also providing the false docket no. of Blue dart courier.

After 2-3 days we have received again call from mart on deal by Mr. Rahul Rana and he is asked to me due to some technical problem my product is delay for delivery and is requested to transfer another amount Rs. 9000/- in is Company account and I have further transfer the same amount of Rs.9000/- on dt. 18.05.18. but still we have not received my product and he is not attended my call and never reply in this matter.

We once again request you to mart on deal group to arrange my product timely in my home address as commitment by your representative.

Dear sir,
I would like to draw your attention towards the marks which I got in biology, biotechnology and chemistry.
They are my strength subjects… And as I got my result it’s was shocking for me… As it was quite unexpected to get such low marks. Biology- expected:90+ ; got:74. Biotech- expected:85+ ; got:60. Chemistry- expected:85+ ; got:77. It is my humblest request to the concerned authorities to not only re check the marks but also re check my answers… Because I was fully confident on getting the expected marks and there might be some error in checking my paper.
