Complaint Details:

I purchased a hitachi air conditioner and during the purchase I mentioned that the ac which has to be exchanged is partially down i.e its frame is in the place but the ac unit has been detached.The salesman didn’t mention any charges for that and when the ac arrived they demanded a certain amount to detach the frame. I called vijay sales and spoke to the salesman and he openly lied that i didn’t mention the frame. When I asked about his name he refused to tell me that either.

This complain is regarding Vijay Sales, Indirapuram branch. Since, I wasn’t told before of the additional amount they charged me even through I queried about it myself, the charges and behavior of staff is unacceptable and I would demand a refund and apology.

On 31st May 2018, I placed an order for two kurtis on w for woman site. The order worth was around Rs. 3398, I applied a discounted coupon of worth Rs.1000 too, on which the final worth of the order was Rs. 2398. As my online payment got snapped, I requested the customer service to make my order available for COD. they promised to do it within 24 to 48 hours. And later when enquired they told that my product will get delivered to me within 4 to 5 working days on COD. After 4 to 5 days again I enquired about my product, they again asked me to wait for next 4 to 5 days. These days were also passed and again when I asked them about whereabouts of my product, there was no reply from their side. They ignored my mail. Its being around 19 days, still I have not received my ordered product. They literally wasted my discounted coupon and my time as well.

This is regarding my investments made in your company for which since last One year my father is not getting the interest on my Fixed Deposits. As he is a SENIOR CITIZEN and also undergone Open Heart surgery and is very much depressed from this kind of treatment. So, Kindly refund his Principal Amount alongwith the Interest at the earliest.
The Details of the Fixed Deposits for Rs. 80, 000.00 each Four nos. and Rs. 2, 00, 000.00 One no. i.e Total amount of Rs. 5, 20, 000.00 dated 05.10.2012 is being blocked. The agent who has made my father to invest in this fund has made it for 120 months without his consent.
It will be a great help for refund of this amount or we have to go with any other process.

Virus files install in my phone and when I am unistall these files that they are reinstall in my phone and many advertising app show on front of screen when i click on Cross tab it aaps automatically get download and many apps reinstalled in my phone after uninstalling these apps and i loss my data package its very bad to me i feel same on me that i buy a coolpad mobile

Hello sir ya madam good after noon my name Anuj Tanwar my sim no is [protected], sir I try 4 times complains regarding slow speed and network errores but not response regarding my complains bad experiences with jio team. It’s so bad . I have 7 sim jio company but another phone no problems but when I change my phone then same problem, but when I put other jio sim same phone, its working properly and good speed but my jio sim is very slow, yesterday night, I have some importent work but slow speed and network problem my work not done slow speed and network problem issue face sim purchase date and I have 7 sim jio company if my problem not solved then I port my all sim other companies and problem face in all area. Not fixed area., ???????? You check my network on my mobile screen shots

Complaint Details:

I was regularly downloading and checking my EPF monthly balances.

When I checked the EPF balance till May’2018 it was showing as Rs 1, 362, 090 and in Jun Rs 11, 294 was credited so that total balance after Jun’2018 credit should be Rs 1, 373, 384 but where is my EPF balance is showing in correctly as RS 1, 364, 122

There is difference of Rs 9, 262 in current balance.

Please rectify this error

Dear Concerned

I have a membership with Pavithra Bandhan and I had already paid Rs. 7500/- for this.

I received a call from Miss Juhi and she said if you take membership with our company then we will provide you the better partner and lumsum fees is Rs. 7500/-. I said ok and pay the fees and then they have assign me the Relationship Manger named Manoj. Now Manoj said he will call me evevry Monday regarding the partner search and fix the meeting with other party but I never receive a call from Manoj and nor fix a meeting by him. He just put a mail to me every monday suitable matches. I had sent many mails to Manoj and Juhi also that I am not happy with your servies so i want to cancel and membership and want refund my amount but no response from both…

So you are requested to take strict action against the company and the employee and refund the money.
