I have been a customer for vida phone for last 8 years. It’s the first time I switched on International roaming on my number and the number network vanished on 2nd day of travel with a bill of 46000 Rs without using a single minute the number for data, it says I have used it..
After complaining end no of times to your customer agents no action has been taken. Surprised that this is how you treat your customers..
