Complaint Details:
I was injured during an accident and got clavicle broken.The police took me to fortis hospital which is their network hospital they did all necessarily investigations and found my clavicle broken.I got it operated from a different hospital. Their vigilance officer verified everything from the hospital and the police station and now after all the drama they are saying that they find it as a pre existing illness.
