Complaint Details:
My account has been debited with an amount of Rs.895/- for yearly subscription coupon on 11.10.2018 and I have been issued subscription ID No.[protected] on 02/10/2017 via SMS to my registered mobile.
Till today I haven’t received the coupon.
Kindly take necessary action for earliest disposal of my complaint.
